I was there today at 6:30PM , ordered a pistachio latte , the barista (i think her name in jen ? ) gave me pistachio syrup with milk !! Not a drop of coffee !! And handed me the hot drink without a cup sleeve i had to ask for a cup sleeve.

The manger at this location is extremely rude with a snarky attitude. Along with that, the business was unnecessarily delayed because of chatting as gossiping among the baristas. During busy hours workers would literally sit in the back eating with headphones on while there was only 2 people making drinks with a full store of customers. On multiple occasions I've gotten overflowing drinks and the hand off place was filthy and sticky. I've had a rude male barista argue with me then once I asked for their manager she made lots of micro aggressive racist comments about me (for reference I am a black male with dread locs so when there was a slightest bit of aggravation in my voice she used "you people" to describe me in a negative connotation). After all of these experiences I had to switch to the location a few blocks down because they treat costumers with respect.

The girl on the register this morning was quick in processing my order since I was in a rush, my only complaint that I saw was that a guy who was warming up my sandwich was tossing trash all over his station floor

Had a great interaction with a sweet worker at this Starbucks. Asked how my day was, shared a couple of laughs, and completed all of my drinks the way I liked it. I believe his name was Vinny? All the people on shift were very nice and polite. People need to realize that during these crazy times stress can be overwhelming for workers nowadays but lucky enough I got a really good barista who made my day 100x better. Thanks!

This is honestly one of the worst Starbucks i've been to and I was a barista for 3 years lol (so im usually providing folks with some grace). I came here yesterday and ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frapp. You are suppose to add java/frapp chips to the drink. Nothing was stated and I saw they were making drinks without it so I asked. Since I was a barista I tend to pay attention my drink while its being made. I asked and then the barista asked someone else to check and then came back and said they dont have any. Why wasn't this communicated? I asked this and she said they just found out they dont have any. After I asked they started telling people but the barista on bar was making drinks that required frapp chips without saying anything. She then proceeded to have an attitude while handing off my drink. You'd think i'd learn my lesson after that but I decided to stop by after getting off the train today for a CUP OF WATER. That was it. I get the cup, said thank you and started walking and then i'm looking at the cup and there is black stuff FLOATING in the cup of water. It honestly could've been the fact that they haven't changed their water filter but regardless it's unacceptable and you SHOULDNT be handing out drinks like that. I came back and asked for another because maybe it was a dirty cup. The second cup looks the same. I said something to the barista and she said it's probably part of the cup. The baristas here really think people were born yesterday. The service is poor and the drinks are not up to Starbucks standard. PLEASE stop going to this location. Despite being super busy the Faneuil Hall Starbucks does an amazing job and knows how to connect with customers while making good drinks to the standard. Shame on this store. Save your money yall!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Person who served me was had the nametag Vinny and was completely unprofessional. He was talking to other baristas and on his phone for over a minute before coming to take my order. He was rude to me and standoffish. It's clear he hates this job and doesn't want to be there, and honestly I wouldn't go there again.

Glad that they open early but I had some trouble explaining my order and as the server was preparing it he said to his coworker "I can tell that today is going to be an annoying day" so I felt that was rude.
