I'm sorry you made a shitty matcha green tea lemonade that essentially tastes like water which costs me 4 bucks and I want you to remake it to get the correct drink. The staff fully rolled her eyes at me and hit my mug which I bought for 12 bucks so hard on the table like damn who hurt you just do ur f****** job maam

Drinks are inconsistent between here and any other Starbucks. Staff needs more training and monitoring to make sure orders are made correctly. My last two drinks (soy lattes nothing added) were burnt, and completely wrong (not a latte). Frustrating and certainly not what I paid for.
