Not the sharpest tools in the shed. Probably a great idea to teach your team how to cashier. I asked a question about the app and attempted to pay but was told I could only pay Apple Pay....Winnie was her name.

This little Starbucks is inside the Star Market on Huntington Ave. It's open early, at least 7am, but usually if you go before 9am you can only access it through the doors facing Ring road. There is no seating, though there are some tables and chairs to the side of the grocery store. Another option is going across the street to the Prudential, where there is seating in the courtyard. The coffee itself always meets expectations, I've never had a problem with it or the food. The staff are very friendly and good at their jobs.

Worst experience. Terrible dirty check out desk. I bought two city mugs, and when I put my mugs on the cashier table, the box got extremely dirty. No one clean it at all.

This is a really good Starbucks in light of all of the coffee options nearby. Relatively quiet and quick service. The drinks are always good and a consistently good option. A picture is the pumpkin spice latte iced that I got from the Starbucks.

This Starbucks is great because it's tied to Star Market! The drinks I've had here (mocha cookie crumble frappuccino and matcha frappuccino) tasted like consistent Starbucks drinks (although I didn't test out doing any crazy customizations). I got the mocha cookie crumble frappe with skim milk and was glad because it was already very rich from the whipped cream--it basically tasted like a milkshake. To make things sweeter, Star Market ran a $2 for grande drink deal ($2.15 with tax)--I've never seen Starbucks run a promotion like that! I would recommend downloading the Star Market app and checking for a deal before coming here :) Now that I've enjoyed the discount, I probably won't just scroll past the Starbucks deals in the Star Market app anymore. Although it is tough to carry a lot of groceries in one hand and a drink in the other....

The best coffee and the workers are wonderful and kind.

The lone staff member here was very nice, this one-star review does not reflect her service or personality. She was wonderful and kind. So, seven people in line in front of us, took 24 minutes to order a simple cup of coffee. Medium “grande”. Black. Coffee.Management needs to get their rump out of bed and support their “valued” staff. One person to wait on customers… take orders, accept payment, make a thousand drink variations, prepare food AND sell merchandise.Hey Starbucks, if you value your team members, either cut down on your convoluted drink menu or properly staff your locations.

This was by far one of the worse experiences i have had at this starbucks. First of all the two ladies were very rude! Saying "i have never had a customer like this" she made my drink wrong three times whether she put the wrong ice amount to forgetting the extra pumps i kept asking for. I came here the other where I believe her name was Tammy she was phenomenal. They need more experienced workers at this location. I am disgusted with how they treated me when all i ask for was my drink to made a certain way.

After coffee you can go grocery shopping

Small but functional location. Perhaps because it is new, they are a bit on the slow side.
