We bought fancy coffee drinks here and did not worry about the calories, which were a lot. The quality was good. Take out.

Good, clean Starbucks location that is conveniently located very close to my work. The service is quick and the baristas are nice, but no matter what I order I never get light ice. My teeth are EXTREMELY sensitive and drinks that have a lot of ice are very hard for me to consume. I always make sure to ask for light ice multiple times throughout the order and somehow I always get stuck with drinks that have a lot of ice. It takes less time to make my drink and they're not getting paid less for giving me more drink, so why is this so hard to ask??

It was a long, loopy walk to find a "participating location" that would honor the Happy Hour Thursday deal (FYI: SBs inside hotels do Not), but I hit the jackpot with this particular Starbucks, entirely due to their baristas! The cashier worked her wizardry to ensure I got the BOGO Happy Hour deal I had been wandering town for, with a little ingenuity and not a drop of judgment. Chai Tea latte is my go-to, but I royally screwed up my second item. Lucky for me, the other barista was eager to make it right. She let me keep my weird one and was even relieved that I asked for a corrected one. I think it bothered her conscience to let me leave with my confused concoction, and I am so, so grateful to both of the baristas for being so accommodating! So I left there with 3 grande drinks for the price of one: Iced Chai Latte could not have been more perfect for a warm walk back to the hotel; Iced White chocolate gave us a great afternoon pick-me-up; and we even managed to finish most of The Other One...eventually.

Worst experience ever. Wait 25 minutes for a mobile order. No apologies. We are very far from Starbucks being about the experience.

One of two or three Starbucks within three blocks, this location gets very busy for the morning commuting crowd here in the financial district. For the space, they do a decent job of managing the queue down the short hallway. The usual coolers with drinks and pastries and sandwiches. Busy and as quick as it can be with a lot of drinks and sandwiches being made. There's a nice big window with seats facing it if you want to get a little reflecting morning sunlight.

Came in at 3:00pm on a Sunday. Seems they don't even bother to make decaf. And it's 3pm!! My choices were regular, or I had to either pay for a decaf Americano or a decaf pour over. And of course, wait for it to be made. Can't carve me for a brewed decaf and make a decaf Americano though--excuse was "for inventory purposes." Huh? Service industry or materials management industry?

I live 2 doors down and love coming here for convenience and best starbucks staff around. However, I hate coming here even more because it is always freezing cold inside. In the winter I'm pretty sure they don't heat it. It's uncomfortable to even sit and have coffee.

The space is really bright and clean. I love the friendly and welcoming staff with big smiles on their faces. When they also get your name right, it's a bit more special. I always love to have a cup of hot peppermint latte, especially during holiday season when it's cold out. The drink came out delicious. Totally happy! Would come back for sure.

Don't go to this Starbucks, there is one literally two blocks away on State Street that's much better. The baristas in this new location (it opened this year) are rude, there's always someone smoking outside, getting your coffee takes 15 minutes... just don't.

I pretty much am there 3 days every week and the service is always as good as it gets. Whenever I go I can expect one of two things: either Emily gives me a recommendation about how to improve my order (her recommendations haven't disappointed me yet) or Alex writes different things on my cup such has one of every game in the alphabet, names beginning with the first letter in my name or a random name like King Tut. Its the small things like what these two do during my stressful days at work in the morning or afternoon that brings a smile to my face and make the day a little bit better. I have not had a compliant about any of my orders. The entire staff is very nice and welcoming. You don't get much better in terms of the staff and service than this Starbucks location. It is better than most of the Starbucks I have gone to. Better than any cafe or better than any other competitor.

It's been nearly a whole year since this place opened. I've frequently joked with the staff that I would change my review and knock the score down to a four star. Real talk tho. It's still FIVE OUT OF FIVE. Service is never perfect at any cafe or restaurant. Even the greatest places have their off days. This is honestly no different. There are times where I sip my drink and say 'eh not today'. (Yes, I'm calling out Mx. "zero stars if I could.") But here's the thing. I never leave the place bummed out or frustrated. I could walk in, like I did upon losing my job recently, destroyed and completely hopeless. And yet? I still walk out with a grin on my face. Everyone at this goddamn place is a wonderful human being. They deserve a shoutout. I've NEVER been to a cafe, chain or hipster/indie coffee shop, where I feel so at ease and would refer to the staff as friends. I now no longer am able to come here four times a day everyday. It actually has bummed me out. I spent my birthday reward from the Starbucks app at one closer to where I live. It was a transaction. When I go to 45 Broad? It's a memory. Always a good memory. So I guess, the TL;DR is, one year in - even with the departure of some baristas (college, etc does that ya know?), this Starbucks is still THE Starbucks. I really wish I could pester the staff more often - not just on Mondays and Saturdays. Because I miss this place. How many chain locations can you say that about?

The staff here is awesome always very welcoming and on point. I have been a member of Starbucks for a few years and love the coffee. My only drawback is that initially as a member I received a free coffee a week now the program takes much longer to see the benefits.. I give the staff 5 stars and the star program 1

It's a Starbucks, but this morning the Barista was just the sweetest for a generic old guy asking for a decaf.

I would give zero stars if I could. No mocha or Caramel drinks available. All attitude with poor customer service. This is the worse Starbucks experience I have had at any store.
