I was working there, the way the product is treated is very delicate and clean, we tried to do our best to have satisfied customers.

This year I used your brand of frozen calamari. And it was the cleanest calamari in my 48 years of making calamari for Eve. Please tell your people I appreciate how clean it was it made my preparations so much easier. Have a great day.

Super fast super efficient. The dock wrangler dude rocks! It's small yeah kinda tight. Take your time and don't hotdog it. They are very professional and really understand a driver's concerns ie: weight, load distribution etc.

Really bad fish - seriously couldn't stand the smell when opened the box I've told the owner of the restaurant whom I'm the chef for to never purchase from Stavis again - highly disappointed

I got the seafood for my company Christmas party through Stavis. The prices, quality, and service were second to none. I highly recommend Stavis for any wholesale seafood needs that you may have.

Im impressed at how stavis treats each one of their customers so unequally meeting all their individual needs they really go above and beyond.

They have a minimum purchase requirement which I think is 30 lbs. So it's not for people who can't buy in bulk, but it has such a wide selection of seafood that I had trouble deciding what to get!

This is their office location, but if you ever have to pick up their supplies be prepared to receive the worst customer's service. The office on channel st. are full of rude people! I came in to ask about an order and of course they had me waiting for at least 20 minutes! I understand if a company is overwhelmed with orders but if you tell me it'll be ready within an hour then I expect my order to be ready when I arrive after an hour. I was In rush and I didn't say anything to the person at the front desk but he knew I had somewhere to go. Instead of trying to assist me, he tells me that other people have been waiting longer as he rolls his eyes at me. First of all, I didn't say anything the whole time so he didn't need to open his mouth! This is Boston and we all like to have everything done quick! I believe this man's name is Greg (blonde hair blue eyes), so if you ever encounter him please feel free to be rude to him!

this is not an establishment for normal visitors. they are basically seafood butchers. i service forklifts here. they are very good with cleanliness though.
