If I could, I would give 0.Very rude and unprofessional owner.It says open at 9:00. I was there at 9:15 and he was very rude and told me I have to wait for another 20 minutes and walked to the back of the store.

Ordered on door dash. They waited for my dasher to get there and made them call me to tell me they were out of my sub choice. Meatball marinara. While they did offer another option the meatball is all I like. It was well before close when the order was placed. Just disappointed. Now I have to eat something I don’t want because they can’t cancel the order and the dasher had already driven pretty far to pick it up. Won’t order from this location again.

This place is clean, however, when I was ordering my subs (total of 5 subs) the lady that was putting it together was talking to the other co-workers. I had to tell her that she cannot be talking whiling you put my subs together. I wish there were other subways in Hyde Park Ma. She did tell me that she was sorry for talking whiling making my subs. What is so sad about this is that the manager was there, and he did not tell her anything.

There are bad subways, and then there are baaaaaaaaaaaaaaad subways. This has to be the worst of them all. First, they put the least amount of ingredients possible, including the stem end of the tomato and literally 2 pieces of cheese. Then they tried to argue with me that cheese costs extra on a veggie delite. Then they tried to argue with me that chips do not come in a chips and drink combo. I thought I was losing my mind but now I'm thinking the owner of this one has trained them to rip off the customers.

I ordered specifically for time to be dropped off via DoorDash. A sandwich that should've been hot. DoorDash picked it up on time and dropped it off on time but subway must've decided to make it early and let it sit there because it was ice cold by the time it was dropped off.

Parked on the street. Went for a late lunch. Got two sandwiches foot long. Wheat bread was chewy and hard to eat. Prices have gone up. Paid $25+ for two sandwiches, one with avocado and one with a meal.
