Service here is HORRIBLE and SLOW. The ladies at the counter are extremely rude and not helpful. Waited nearly 30 mins for an online order that I ended up eating cold and soggy. Worst service I ever experienced.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I was ignored by staff on multiple occasions, they let people cut in line, no system at all. I ordered online on 2 occasions and my orders were ready sitting there getting cold for 20+ mins while they were helping other customers who got there after me!

I had the worst embarrassment of my life with the lady who charged me, saying that I saw her taking more of the change when I was paying with a $20 dollar bill. She told me to give her 21 cents, I gave it to her and she told me, I gave her I will return 9 dollars she gives me the 9 and then she says give me a dollar I come and give her a dollar then she says give me the 4 because I already gave you the 9 but they were the only ones she gave me and of course they were my change from the 20 bill $ well say grab that because I already saw you given the 9 now if you want more money what can I do as if to say if you already stole them I can't do anything ???????

I bought the Italian meatball sub, point off because I'd asked for baked lays potato chips but they gave me regular chips. Only two stars for atmosphere cuz the Corners Food Court is depressing with NO rest rooms available. Otherwise the employees where very courteous & professional.
New menu items are pretty good. I tried the #8 "The Great Garlic."I was first in line on the day they unveiled the new menu items and free sandwich.Quick and polite service followed by a tasty sandwich!
