I ordered lunch for pick up. Someone accidently took my lunch. The man who works there noticed right away my lunch was missing and made me a new one. I really appreciated how quickly they got me a new lunch.

I tried the Shroomami. It was filling with lots of different ingredients, which added a nice depth of flavor and texture variety. I appreciate that the nutrition is listed on the website, but these bowls are not as healthy as they are marketed to be if you look at the macros, which is my only gripe. However, this is a good catering option for work if you want something slightly healthier for your employees.

Food: This chicken avocado ranch bowl was AMAZING! First Sweetgreen after 5 years probably and this was SO delicious. Everything was super fresh, the dressing was amazing, and even the green tea! Service: I did online order so it was ready by the time it got here (nice and warm too). Ambiance: Eh, it's not the nicest Sweetgreen (also area can be a bit sketchy at times), but it's OK for a Downtown location.

Came here with my daughter *shes a regular. I mentioned that I was overwhelmed by the selection and Edith showed an incredible attitude and patience in making sure I had a salad I would love. Super professional and kind. The salad was good too.
