Used to be a daily Sweetgreen customer (for years), but stopped after several bad experiences: consistently missing key ingredients (early in the day), not mixing salads (or 'bowls'), no longer offering bread with the plate, increasing prices over 30% ($18 for a steak salad with no adjustments), and now asking for a tip every time I go. Total waste of a formerly good brand / store.Go to the deli down the street for better salads and service and significantly lower prices

Very disappointed at the service at this location lately. The staffs at this location are absolutely not acceptable as they don't seem to acknowledge any customers at all, especially this lady Maria J who ignores you when you are trying to get her attention. This is my third time there. This place needs a new line of staffs! Please get a new Maria J!

Not coming back here. Bad experience twice in a row compared to other sweet greens. They were low on toppings and not putting enough. They charged so much extra. When asked they got mad and they were literally slamming bread and other toppings into our salad.
I would not recommend eating at this location. I found a blue rubber band in my salad bowl and the manager was rude and unhelpful.

Full transparency, I'm not a salad person, so sweetgreen is just okay for me. I had to go with my team while in town for work but wouldn't pick this place for myself. I build my own bowl with things that I'll eat but even that is just okay. I know people are big fans but to me, it just okay and I don't even like the protein options available. This is personal preference for me since it's just not my favorite type of food and that's all they do.

My pregnant wife received a salad with maggots in it. We showed the manager.. and he didn't seem surprised or particularly concerned. They refunded us. Absolutely disgusting. Their only response was that.. "It's organic".They continued to serve other patrons after we showed them the maggots in our salad without any kind of additional cleaning steps. Disgusting.

Sweetgreen in general, and this one included, are the best source for fast-food salads. Every recipe I have tried has been absolutely delicious and I couldn't generate a single complaint with the food! There is a "but"however, and it is this: every sweet greens I have ever been in, and it is more than five at this point, has had every single table being filthy! I am literally hoping that my four star review will become a five-star review as the result of this review! Your food couldn't be any better, sweetgreen, but I like to eat in and I would like to find clean tables. That is all, and if you correct this, you will be perfect.
