Every single time we have ordered from this Taco Bell we have been missing items. Sometimes over half of our order… By reading the other reviews for this taco bell, it seems like it could possibly be on purpose. Corporate needs to look into this.

My bf and I ordered online and walked in less than 10 minutes later. I said we’re picking up an online order and he says they don’t have it. They said it takes 5-10 min for the order to even go through. No prob well wait a few min and when it’s ready it’s ready. Turns out it had been ready before we even walked inside and it was just sitting there getting cold. I’m sorry but that’s just pathetic. They didn’t even have the pickup orders out where customers can grab them. They were sitting next to the drive through window. Sometimes the food is great and sometimes it sucks. Depends on who’s working and what time u go there. It’s better during the day than it is past 6pm.
This place is the worst when it comes to ordering food. They never read or they just plain out ignore customers request. Everytime I have ordered the food is always made wrong. If I could give 0 stars I would. They need employees who actually care. Extremely disappointed in everything.

ordered 14 items through uber eats. they fought with my driver after only receiving 3 items and said it was all sauce. we didn’t even receive sauce. and it was 24 items after addition of sauce to the 14 items. spent 30 minutes calling them over and over and no one even answered. hope these people learn not to take jobs for granted when other people are struggling to even get jobs. shame on the manager and the employees who work here and steal peoples money.

We arrived at 11:35 PM on a Friday, and the rude woman at the drive-through said how can I help you and we asked if they were open and she said no we are closed. Why are you answering the drive-through if you’re closed and why are you closed if you close at 12. I’m not happy with this location. I will not be back. I highly recommend no one to come to this location.

This is the second time that this store did not give product owed. The first time I ordered through the app 4 chalupas instead I got 3. I put in a complaint, since I am not going to travel all the way back in the middle of the night for a chalupa, they never responded back. This time I ordered in person 3 chalupas and instead I got 2 there was more in the order so I wasn’t going to dig in the bag and check every shell it’s messy and I shouldn’t need to do that. I once again wasn’t going to travel in the middle of the night for a chalupa and since they don’t respond to complaints through their own website why bother. Instead I worn others don’t order more than 2 items from this place and check your bag before you leave because most likely you lost $6 or more via missing food.

I was in the Roxbury area recently around 10am and I decided to get a nice crispy Crunchwrap at Taco Bell.I first tried them during their free Tuesday promotion a few months ago and I liked them. Crunwraps are meaty and savory on the inside, and when done well, nice toasty and crisp on the outside.This experience was great. I ordered using the application and my food was ready within 2 minutes of pulling into the drive thru area. The lady at the window was pleasant and friendly.And...I got my reward points....LOL...

Don't go here ordered ahead my order wasn't ready and it wasn't on the computer and the lady did not want to give me my food she had a serious attitude problem won't be going to this one again go to the one in Walpole it's much better

I placed a bigger order with some items and a Mexican Pizza and Grilled Cheese Nacho Fries. It was all made perfectly and in a reasonable amount of time, especially given how many things were in the order. I couldn't have asked for better service and food quality from a Taco Bell. Just look at how the Grilled Cheese Fries came out!I've had some small issues in the past but lately it's been great.
