What a joke this place is. Management or whatever they call themselves is a hot mess. This woman yelled at us along with some little guy who pretended to be manager or whatever he was. Despicable service. No customer service skills whatsoever. We got dirty glasses, hookah didn't work and we got an attitude from everyone for no reason. Definitely not coming back to this place ever again. Avoid this place by all means and spend your money elsewhere

He has been staining the floors of his restaurants and apartment units in Charlestown with zero ventilation and forcing illness onto his workers and all people living at 83 Main Street including: pregnant women Children His own staff People working from home If you support Samad or his businesses (tangierino, Boston cigar club) you’re not just in for a terrible dining experience, you’re directly propping up a failing and morally bankrupt “business person”, “chef”, and crook. In the immediate area there are way better options in: Warren Tavern, Monument, Brewer’s Fork, Mister Qs, even 7/11 is a better choice.

Great atmosphere. The hookahs unfortunately are not great. Also there cigars are very high priced. The only thing they got going for them is the atmosphere and valet parking. They even charge you if you bring in your own cigar lol. I go there just because I don't have many Options.

The food is bad and the service is worse. Perhaps the worst part is the valet service that mishandles customers cars, revs the engines, and speeds around the streets in the nice cars for joy rides. Not to mention that they cram all the cars into an unsecured parking lot behind a 7/11. Avoid avoid avoid. Much better places to spend your money.

Great location and good music. However, very overpriced. My husband and I paid $100 for 1 hookah and 2 small drinks. The chairs were uncomfortable so we stayed about 2 hours and left. Overall, this lounge is ok but the prices are ridiculous.

Great decor, amazing belly dancer, tasty vittles, fine drinks, What is there not to dig? Great experience upstairs, so we went downstairs. That was fun too. They have a big hookah bar with nice drinks and more belly dancing! A fun night out.

We were a group of 8 and took over a little private space in the restaurant where we all sat around a round table. We shared some AMAZING starters and our main dishes were amazing. The Tuna Tartar was particularly good. The Sangria was nice but 5 pitchers were consumed and none of us had a buzz. And they ran out!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. They took my reservation over the phone than told me when I got there that they don't accept reservations and turned my party of 12 away. They also recently implemented a dress code but did not tell me over the phone or post it on the website -- again turning my party of 12 away. Horrible management, horrible customer service. I will never attempt to go here ever again. The response I got when I asked for an exception- "you can write an email to the owner tomorrow"

Not online anywhere and the worst service to accommodate a reservation party that made plans a month in advance. The manager should be fired anD i have let the Boston Marriott hotels not to ever recommend this shithole of a place to anyone.

Its a nice environment; however, the server was rude. He basically kicked us out saying the hookah last 45-1 hour. Keep in mind we been there for 1.5 hours. Basically saying we cant chill there for more than that. I don’t appreciate that. I gave 3 stars for the place, took 2 off for the server.

Dont believe what you hear on the phone when your told 25 min before arrival that there's 10-15 min wait. Came all the way from San Diego, UBERED down just to show up n be told they were at full capacity. We were then redirected to the bar just to be told at the bar that they were closed ( so unorganized ) we then sat in an area towards the back and were told " I just wanna let you know that it's at least a 30 min wait but there's no promises" ya ALLAH. Sorry Mohammed, I don't know if you runnin the joint for your babba habibi but you suck.
