There is a time when you know the second the enter a cafe that it is going to be a good one. Tatte did that for me in that very first second. The energy, the sounds, the taste of fresh pastry in the air blended with the grained coffee were just what I was looking for. Victoria, one of the cafe staff was warm and welcoming. As I was sitting on the bistra bar drinking a great cup of real barista coffee, I noticed the waiters and waitress laughing and having a good time. It was just a great experience to take part in. Highly recommended.

Horrible customer service and manager. I have a gluten allergy and ordered the scrambled eggs. They ran out of gluten free bread, which I was fine with. I requested that they leave off the side of sourdough bread due to my allergy. They refused. I asked to speak with the manager and she said they won’t sell the eggs without the bread even though I had an allergy. I asked if it could be on a separate plate and she said, “you can just remove it yourself.” I then asked why she wouldn’t just remove the bread, since I had an allergy and it was not a sandwich, just a side. And she said we just won’t do it. I love the other Tatte locations and they are always accommodating. This genuinely made no sense. Please train your staff better!
