A group of my friends and I went to this bar, we all got a drinks and paid separately. The next day we saw that on every single one of our charges we were charged more than what we should have been, including the tip we all gave. One friend got charged $12 extra, for no reason. Every single one of us got charged extra. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with the place, but they never answer the phone or emails. Don’t go to this place unless you want to get robbed!

Do not go here. We purchased 4 tickets for a NYE event and did not get in due to the venue/organiser “overselling the event”. We arrived to the bar at 11:15pm and were specifically told by security that we had to wait in line outside because they were over capacity…we then questioned how that made sense since we had tickets and we’re told by the security guard Stephen (I believe that was his name) that the owner actually sold 140 tickets for an event that is only able to hold 80 people. That being said, we did not get in and missed the ‘ball drop’ as we waited outside longer than 45 minutes. We had driven all the way from Toronto, Canada to spend the weekend in Boston and attend the NYE event. With that, we spent $52 per person on tickets for an event that we didn’t even get into which was incredibly disappointing as you can imagine.

Tried to get a few drinks here and ended up waiting in line for 45 mins. The bouncer continuously took bribes from people that would just walk up and hand him cash. About half of the people in line decided to just go elsewhere because of how unprofessional it was. Will not be going back

Great and fun cocktails. Perfect for a night out with your friends but it seems to get busy all at once on the weekends so I'll be sure to get here a little earlier next time.

We are nostalgic for the local bars of our parents and smile when a few smart creatives recreate them while retaining some essence of what they once where while enhancing them for a new crowd The vibe here is of a cool local bar thats not trying to hard and letting their character show .This one did just thatBest esopresso martini came out of my gals lips

A wicked campy spot in the North End. The decor sets you back to the times of chandeliers with a flare for punk rock. Bartenders were hip and service was great. Beer a selection was decent. Two really good local IPA's on draft. Didn't eat here so can't comment on that but went here twice in one week because it was a cool joint to hang out in. Definitely be back.

Finally made it to this place just for drinks, and enjoyed it very much. Tight, fun food menu for our next visit and quirky, engaging staff. I think it probably heats up later at night but for a mid week dinner and cocktails its a great, I expensive option. Be sure and try the birria style tacos!

Boston’s night life is already mediocre at best and this place isn’t helping the cause. It’s certainly not a good late night spot. The staff isn’t friendly and doesn’t communicate well. They stop letting people upstairs at 12:45am and stop letting people in at 1am. I don’t think I’ll be going back along with most of the people I was with.
