Great place if you're looking for a restaurant with a nice vibe to it! The inside is decorated beautifully and the set up is pretty cool. The music makes you want to dance while eating. The food was delicious, as well as the drinks! Definitely recommend this for a spot that's nice but not fancy/upscale

The vibes are great and drinks are good. Food came out so fast and seemed like it's been reheated. Service is lacking big time they take your order and you'll never see them again. You'd think they would want you there ordering drinks and spending money but it seems like they rush you which is weird with all the entertainment.

Had a great time at our holiday party at Tiki Rock! The food and drinks were amazing and our service was superb! The bartenders made us such fun drinks and brought out a huge swan drink for 4 filled with a delicious concoction for a co-workers birthday. They thought of everything! Thanks for a fun night - we will be back!

Loved the decor and ambiance. Definitely great for a group or girls night out!! Lots of festive lighting. Food was really yummy but the prices are definitely on the higher end as it's downtown Boston. Location is great because he's right near fanuiel hall. Definitely would go back and recommend!

The food tasted like it was previously frozen and the wait staff is non existent. We ordered appetizers and drinks then left and went somewhere else for entrees. The drinks did not taste like crafted cocktails - they tasted like something made at home. Poor service and overall experience. I absolutely do not recommend.

Excellent place to have lunch with our little kids while visiting the city. Great value - kids meals included ice cream and a little show with dry ice that the kids loved. Absolutely excellent, top notch service.

Celebrated our kids' 21st birthday last night! Waitstaff were very attentive, atmosphere was fun, portions were generous, and food and drinks were all delicious. We will definitely be back!

Wow I don't where to start I had such a fun time I was. So happy to spend my birthday at such a fun clean environment the manger the servers the security were all great great music great food definitely coming back

It was just okay unfortunately. I thought it would be a super fun, lively ambiance similar to a traditional tiki bar but it was not. Our server was super nice but took forever to come to our table after we were done eating as well as to pick up our check. We could see her idling in the kitchen, the place was not super busy. The food was also just okay, nothing memorable. The music was low and it was 80s oldies, I thought it would be top 100 lively Saturday night but no. Everything was also a little grimey and a little off.

Had my 22nd birthday dinner here. Overall good vibes and atmosphere. Seated at 6:30 and was able to take advance of happy hour appetizers. Good value for money for happy hour, drinks and main courses on the pricier side but good portion sizes for splitting. Overall service was good.

After 1hr of not seeing her, we had to find our waitress in order to checkout (we also would've liked to have ordered a second cocktail). There was no olive juice at all in my extra dirty martini. When I asked for some olive juice, I was brought a small cup of imitation olive juice (I didn't even know that stuff existed). We were seated outside & when we tried to walk inside the door that was beside our table in order to go to the restroom, the employee standing at the door told us we would have to go around the building to the main entrance. When walking back to our table, he told us we would have to walk around the building to the main entrance in order to exit, as well. He did end up letting us walk out the door the was right beside our table. The mussels in the pasta were very fishy & the shrimp were overcooked. There was an 18% gratuity automatically added to our checks for a party of four. The only reasons I was able to give two stars is because the manager was very nice. He did give us two complimentary martinis he made himself & used actual olive juice. Also, per my son's request, a cream pasta sauce was substituted in place of the marinara listed on the menu. I hope this place will step up their customer service & food. It has potential to be a really cool dinner spot

Table they sat us at had not been cleaned and had lots of sticky spots, we had to ask for someone to come and clean it which took a bit. We were only 1 of two tables seated at noontime on a Sunday so it was not busy at all. Service was slow and we had to ask for a water refill. Food was really good. I would most likely do take out next time.

Very creative food choices and our group loved every single bite. We had to revisit the tuna taco appetizer because it was just delicious. The bar tenders created some fantastic drinks. Highly recommend this place. We'll be back!

Meh. Food was just ok. Appetizers seemed to be frozen and then microwaved. Crab rangoons were brownish inside. Chicken sandwich was old chicken fingers in a sandwich. Old fries. Fairly pricey too. Not worth the money. Won't go back again.

Not what we were expecting in a “Tiki Bar”. The VERY sugary drinks and loud music are apparently directed toward college age clientele and it's working. Decor was more minority tropical disco? Overpriced.
