Employees don't care for customer. Went in for pick up and had me stood there without even asking anything, and there were no customers. When the guy handed me the package, his attitude was just bad, like I'm begging him for food. Will definitely not come back here ever again.

Super decadent wow! As an ice cream lover, the small sundae was a feast on its own. They have so many different options to choose from that I had to research the menu to help make my mind beforehand. I ended up getting the Cake Cinner, which was cake batter ice cream paired with red velvet cake and topped with cinnamon whipped cream and white chocolate chips. If I am ever in Boston again, I will definitely stop by here again because of their endless options. Staff service is great and the indoor is clean. I do wish they had seating inside.

This is a super cute unique ice cream spot! There is a large variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. I think they are known for their over the top, creative sundaes which looked delicious but I just got a regular scoop. I got the cookie dough yogurt which was delicious but was more of an ice cream consistency. My mom loved the campfire s'mores flavor and was raving about the chunks of gram cracker and toasty marshmallow flavor the ice cream had. We both got the mini size which is comparable to a large at most ice cream spots. I would recommend coming here! There is no seating indoors and limited parking. Employees are very friendly.

This Allston location is the second of what is now three bricks-and-mortar outlets for an operation that once started as an ice cream truck. And while they do offer basic cups and cones of ice cream (which is what I tried), their raison d'etre is in being able to serve dozens of different ice cream and frozen yogurt sundaes at quick speed.Indeed the menu here in Allston is dominated by two boards with different flavor combinations. The third board shows the underlying ice cream flavors (about 18) and toppings (dozens more). Because they do not split flavors within a single scoop, I opted for two scoops: one of the blueberry pie, and the other with peanut butter oreo. Tasty, delicious flavors that were authentic to their stated ingredients without tasting artificial or excessively sweet. Nice, rich, dense textures too. I should have gone big and tried one of their sundaes, which is what most folks were doing anyway, so next time I'm near any of their outlets, I'll be sure to stop by. Note that, at this outlet, it's an all-takeout or delivery operation with no seating inside. There are makeshift tables and chairs on the sidewalk outside.

We absolutely love the location in Arlington, and we have frequented it over a number of years. The sundaes are unique and out of the world... the sizes are beyond generous. You can order a "mini" size, split with a friend, and that is more than enough! I am taking off one star for the Allston location because it smelled like vomit when we went in there last week. It was so off-putting that we didn't order anything. My husband did let the counter clerk know about the smell. It was so rancid - not sure what was going on there.

I literally today just ordered something from there to be delivered. It took them over an hour and 35 minutes to deliver it and it was soup, so yeah that doesn’t work for me.

Amazing ice cream and staff. Thank you to whoever added a cookie in a bag with “feel better” written on it with my order. In special instructions I had put , “had a bad day - extra marshmallow please, thank you!”. It was an act of kindness that truly made my day. I’ll definitely be ordering again in the future.

I stinking love this place. If you love dessert you need to come here. The toppings portions are big so be prepared. I'm a big chocoholic personally but I would recommend doing a combo with at least one fruit topping. It will make it a little lighter. Otherwise it can get heavy with all the toppings and you won't be able to finish it. But if not you can stick it in the freezer for the next day.

Customized my own sundae the last time I was here and it was really good. This time I got the Slenderman and that was really good as well. The ice cream, the brownies, it's all really good. Highly recommend if you like ice cream! The service is good. Unfortunately no seating inside. And the parking is difficult but there are a few bus lines that pass through.

Good ice cream but prices are INSANE! $12 for smallest size. JP licks is half the price

Ice cream was delish but wow, the staff was so rude. You have to order the ice cream online which is a bit annoying. And god forbid you ask a question about the ice cream.... I got rolled eyes and a snarky comment that all the information is on the app.
