Drinks are alright. Staff aren't so friendly at this location. They have a buy 2 get 1 drink free deal during the weekdays but won't tell you unless you asked about it. No seats offer so if you want to come with friends and stay for a chat, this won't be a good place. Also you can only you credit card for purchases that are >$10 so make sure to bring cash if you only need to get a drink.

One of the better boba spots in the city. Great drinks and friendly staff! The #3 Black Sugar Boba with chocolate malt milk with cheese foam (substituted for the mousse) was really good.There was also a midweek promotion when we went, buy 2 get one free.

I came here so many times to pick up boba and I never realized I didn't write a review yet. Every single time I come here I always leave 110% satisfied. The drinks are consistent and super delicious. I usually get the strawberry mochi milk tea and it is so rich and creamy and has lots of toppings, its like a dessert in a cup. Customer service is friendly and fast. They get you in and out quickly. They do not have seating or table at all. It is a grab and go. Overall, this place has one of the best and creative drinks yet.

Best Boba Tea in the area. After trying the VA location and being disappointed, I came back to write about how the Boston location was 5 stars in comparison. The employees did great with handling long lines. And the drink itself tasted excellent.

Man , I never had the chewiest the sweetest boba in so long.I genuinely wasn't expecting to be this delicious. Everything was perfect. The vibe the atmosphere the dinks the service.I recommend to get brave as tiger it's the drink that I had.

We used to love Tiger Sugar but our recent visit was not great. The drinks are too sweet and you cannot adjust the sweetness. The drinks tasted different from usual - a strange aftertaste and too chemically. For the price, we definitely expect better quality.

Ordered the standard drink and they did not put in sugar syrup so it ended up tasting like plain milk. I let them know and they remade it the same. Have been to Tiger sugar in Maryland numerous times without such issues. Not sure if they know what we're doing here. They were nice about it though.

Been to other Tiger Sugar locations in NY and TX and I always enjoy their drinks so I stopped in to this location in Chinatown. I can confirm the fruit teas that I get taste consistent throughout all the locations I've visited. As a lot of the other reviews say, their drinks aren't too sweet, which I really appreciate! Will continue to stop in to Tiger Sugar if I see one whilst traveling.
I've been here multiple times and have never gotten a bad drink. Their brown sugar drinks are the best in the industry IMO. I got the #6 (with mochi and soy powder) and the different consistencies made it interesting. Can't go wrong here!

I was worried that my order (#4 tiger meets coffee) was not customizable. But it's not too sweet! Which is the ultimate compliment from an Asian person iykyk. I can taste the coffee, the chocolate, and the boba has a nice brown sugar flavor. Only gripe is the boba's texture is inconsistent- some are perfectly chewy while some were too soggy or hard (this is in the same drink). Still, I would come back to try the different flavors.

As always, Tiger Sugar #1 signature never disappoints! This location is a little underground and can get hot during the summer. There's also no seating inside, so you can only take your boba to go. Service was friendly and efficient. Prices are reasonable. They also have lactose free milk!
