Brown sugar milk black boba tea with Oreo and foam is my fave! So so good ?

Got the taro milk tea and there's just clumps of whatever concentrate they use at the bottom, feels like I'm drinking sand. The server was nice and the place was clean, but the drink wasn't good.

Food: I got the taro milk tea, and my friends got the grapefruit & peach green tea with jelly. The size and price is on par with other boba places in Boston. I really liked the taro chunks in my drink and would get this again.Service: There is a self-service kiosk machine for ordering. The drinks came out fast, but it also was not busy when I went.Ambiance: The place is spacious, with tables along the walls. The decor is a bit lacking.

It was my first time going here with friends. The staff were incredibly efficient, diligent, and respectful. The drinks were delicious and true to what was ordered. The cups for the slushes are so cute and good quality!Usually, it’s pretty empty in there so seating isn’t a problem. There’s 2 tables and one of them has a bench that can hold 4-5 people, and about 4(?) extra seats along the wall near the register. You can order at the register, or on the screens (only one of them is working right now and the tap to pay is a little bit weird… it wouldn’t go through so I had to take out my actual card). From what I remember, drinks are priced anywhere from $4.95-$7.95 but take it with a grain of salt!Overall, the place was clean and tidy. I’ll definitely be visiting again!

We wanted to try a new boba shop so we went downstairs to try Tsaocaa. Located on Tyler street in Boston's Chinatown. They have a variety of drinks to choose from. You can order at the counter or from the tablet. They also have fruit smoothies. Drinks weren't too sweet and prices were reasonable. Very nice employees who made our drinks.

I ordered 3 drinks using the Chowbus app. I intended to order from the Malden location but somehow it placed the order to the Chinatown location. I called Chinatown Tsaocaa so they would stop making the drinks while I canceled the order using the app. They refused and said “we will make what you ordered. call customer service.” Then they hung up on me. Once I canceled the order thru the app , the app customer service said they couldn’t refund the money because the drinks had already been made.

Had an awful experience here. I didn’t know that my milk tea was going to be made how it was made, so I kindly asked for a refund and they said no. Awful service. Never coming here again. I think it may be racism too.

I had seen lots of social media content about their bubble waffles. Although Egg Waffle Lady is my go to, I wanted to check this place out, especially since they take card. It took a long time for the egg waffles to be done, but they were nice and fresh once I got them. They were very eggy and didn’t have the crispness I’m used to with egg waffles. A bit disappointing honestly, especially given the price (this place is a bit more expensive than Egg Waffle Lady). But if you’re out of cash in Chinatown and want egg waffles, this place works!

Another boba place in Chinatown is between Tiger Sugar and Tea Do. You walk down the stairs and enter a fairly modern-looking cafe. I ordered a guava green tea with boba and was pleasantly surprised with myself. I wanted something fruity, so decided on guava since most places generally don't offer it. The tea flavor stands out and there are actual chunks of guava that added a different texture as you are drinking. There was a good sweetness level that wasn't overly sweet and the boba added was soft and chewy. I will definitely be returning to try out their other drinks!

This place is generally good for bubble tea they run on the sweeter side. Lots of variety and seasonal flavors, though not exactly great on a cold winter day, and not just because the drinks are cold. But because the inside ambiance is awful. All of their fabric chairs are stained and the place generally looks a mess. If you're going to be in and out, fine, but this is not the kind of place you'll want to lounge at while you enjoy your drink. The ordering system is on a little kiosk so you don't have to interact much but it can also take awhile to navigate through what options they have.
