If it gonna take 45 minutes tell me 45 not 10-15 so i wont wait for you and you should not treat me like I am your worker, if you doing not well you should stop taking prime time orders, thats the solution, not like telling me “I block you, why you calling doordash support? You dont have to wait, I dont care”. Of course you dont care because you making money while blocking me to make money. So for my delivery app guys, they already have a lot of orders, you dont need to take order from there. If you wanna wait 45 minutes, it is up to you for sure!

Great little pizza shop. Came here with my wife and 5 kids and man were we impressed. Great size large pizzas, felt like home atmosphere and very friendly staff that even made my young kids feel welcome.Gratitude toward these folks.Kid-friendliness: 5 kids with me from 4 years old to 17 years old. Ordered food from them for the Super Bowl it is now 1 1/2 hours late and they aren’t answering their phones! Got an alert that our order was being prepared at 4:30. Not a great way to run a business!

Made a Yelp account just to share this. Wish I could give 0 stars. I called and asked to order for pick up. The employee said okay. It was difficult to hear and there was a lot of background noise. I asked if he was ready for my order and it took multiple times for him to respond "yes." I started ordering my food and he was only able to repeat "buffalo chicken wrap". He kept saying things I could not understand so I patiently asked "can you hear me okay?" He did not respond. Finally when he said yes I continued ordering more food. I said the words "house salad" 4 times and was trying to ask for dressing but he was talking over me. I stopped, politely said "I am not sure if you can hear me or not- are you there?" I asked NUMEROUS TIMES, slowly/clearly, can you repeat my order? And can you hear me? It was very stressful and I never once got confirmation. I didn't even finish the order and I said "NEVER MIND." And hung up. About 2 hours later I received 2 phone calls and this texting exchange. So unprofessional and truly an invasion of privacy. I did not leave my name OR number OR confirm my order. In fact, I said NEVER MIND. They absolutely should NOT be texting me.

The food quality went downhill and it’s not like it used to be. They are disorganized and have messed up my order three different times without any care. Lost a loyal customer. Will not comeback or recommend.
