Food came in about 3min. Noodles are soggy. Dont care for the order by phone since they need your email. Waitress was hostile.

Great food, quick and friendly staff, with reasonable prices for somewhere this close to the Common.

Terrible food, service and even the environment. We ordered 4 dishes of ramen, two of us didn't even eat because the dish smelled terrible, the other dishes tasted it and didn't finish it.

This ramen house is just across the commons park. We came in the middle of afternoon where there is no customer but us. Their menu is online and you can order and also pay online. It’s easy and quick. The service is quick and good taste good. If you are looking for a good noodle soup you can try this place. I love my tonkatsu ramen. You can make it spicy or just ordinary.

Was visiting Boston Commons on a Saturday and realized everyone was ravenous. Popped in to Wen's and it really fit the bill PROS lots of choices generous quantities clean fast service nice servers fair prices We all had ramen, which is Chinese wheat noodles made in Japanese style. The broths were all rich and well flavored. Generous quantity of noodles. Food came quickly. the only issue was that the scallion pancakes had no flavor and very little scallions. And they were quite dry but I think there was mistake in the kitchen because they came out when we were half finished with our ramen and usually these are an appetizer. So stick with the ramen and noodle dishes and you will be satisfied.

Delicious! Excellent service, very clean, nice atmosphere, and literally the tastiest ramen we’ve ever had. We come here anytime we are in Boston- it is a must!

We had a wonderful lunch. The food was delicious, the service was excellent. It worked out perfectly because we were in Boston Common and it was about to rain. As soon as we got into the restaurant, it started pouring. We were very lucky.

very friendly waitress, the food was very salty but very yummy and good very good flavor The meat was very braised for the Tonkatsu ramen noodle and the calamari was very crispy and salty very much recommended

I came with my family for lunch, overall we liked the food but unfortunately, as I was paying the bill the waitress called me out about the tip I left. I’m not a cheap person but I admit I’m not in a very good financial moment right now so I left less than what it was suggested by the bill, she called me out right on the spot. She made sure I felt very uncomfortable, but I couldn’t leave more, sorry.

Food was cold the first time we went and our drinks were warm with no ice. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and went again and the ramen was not flavorful AGAIN. Had to add a bunch of siracha and other stuff to taste anything . Our waitress then added an 18% tip without giving us the option. It was a table of two… very strange & once confronted she knew what she did was wrong which shows it was calculated. Stranger …especially because the food wasn’t good & she did nothing

Went in to ask a menu question since my vision isn't the best. The host then pointed to the menu to answer my question. This was not helpful. I ended up ordering but was not happy. Not sure if the food was bad or the service left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
