Went for a stroll during lunch break and Ordered Chicken and brócoli Alfredo. The gentleman who helped me was nice but by the looks of how he was serving my food (barely any chicken) he was well trained to not give out the good stuff. In this case brócoli and chicken. It was not until I spoke up and that he added a 1/2 oz of chicken. To add to my experience the food was very bland and was missing salt . Not tasty whatsoever, but I ate it because I was hungry. One more thing a 1/2 a piece of garlic bread is $4, which I did not buy other wise my quick lunch would have been $27+

The worst pasta I have ever eaten in my life! Without exaggeration, they had no taste and I doubt the freshness of the lobster. I do not recommend, run away!!!!!!

I’m not a picky eater and I have never written a bad review for a place bc I think it’s cruel. But in my 19 years of living I have never in my entire life had a meal this bad for the price we paid. I don’t know what I was expecting from the lobster mac and cheese but the mac and cheese was distastefully bland and the lobster was clearly not fresh and tasted like it was microwaved. The worst food i have ever had by a long shot and i promise if you go here you know i’m not exaggerating. ZERO stars

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is the worst food I’ve ever had in my life. Literally go anywhere else.

The only reason people visit this place is because of the location. No one reads reviews when they shop at lunch there! They just get something. If they did they would have no business. I went the other day and had the same experience. Bad service and an overpriced, bad sandwich.

Stale and overpriced. Avoid.

In exchange for 15 dollars, I got a tiny bowl of watery pasta that wasn't very filling. I get that it's Quincy Market and everything is overpriced, but I still feel like I was scammed.

I wish I read reviews before purchasing 5 sandwiches for my family. Not a condiment to seen on any of the sandwiches, just dry meat and cheese.

They seem to be called west end strollers cuz their food will put you on a stroller for how BAD it is. As an Italian I never been so offended on how you can overcook pasta to taste like oatmeal. The Only 5 star review is from the owner that I myself saw at the register. DO NOT COME HERE! I warned ya’ll.

I don’t understand how the hell this place can mess up lobster so badly in BOSTON of all places. This had to be the worst meal I’ve had visiting Boston, not even joking. The mac & cheese was bland and tasted like milk and unseasoned seafood, and the lobster linguine was mediocre at best. Don’t ever come here, it’s a tourist trap.

If I could rate this place a 0 star I would. The food was wayyyy over priced even for a city. The original meal on the menu was listed for $17.38, and my final bill actually charged for over 25 dollars which means they added a 30% tip plus tax without giving me a receipt or telling me how much I owe (which is what illegal to do by the way). And on top of that, the food was mediocre at best. The fries had no flavor, and the crab and shrimp BLT was almost flavorless. AND, the guy that was at the cash register took my card and gave it back to me BENT! Overall horrible experience, don’t EVER eat here.

I actually had a legit great experience here the other day. I got the lobster Mac and a lemon Pelegríno and I was in and out in under 4 mins, and the Mac tasted pretty darn great honestly. A bit overpriced, but look where you are.

Chicken wrap was OK, nothing amazing. A variety of hand sandwich foods available. Part of the Quincy Food Hall so there is a variety nearby if nothing looks good here.
