I have visited numerous yard houses, and this particular one stands out as the most disappointing in my entire history of experiences. Upon arrival, I dutifully registered at the front desk and patiently waited for 45 minutes for them to contact me. However, when I inquired about the delay, I was informed that my contact information had been mistakenly inputted. Regrettably, the manager was unable to provide any assistance in rectifying the situation.

Very loud and busy restaurant and bar. Food is pretty good with a variety on the menu. Very good cocktails. Prices are good for where you are. Only 4 stars due to service. I gave my cell for a reservation. We were texted that our table was ready. We were there in 2 minutes. Waited in line and by the time we made it to the person, they gave our table away. Luckily they gave us a table within 5 minutes. Drinks came out slow.

FELT LIKE THE MANAGER THE BIGGER GUY WITH GLASSES AND A GREY BEARD WAS PURPOSELY IGNORING ME ... AND FELLOW BARTENDERS HAVE TUNNEL VISION ... So on a whim, at 6 PM on a Friday night my family walked into the Yard House and were pleasantly surprised! Even though it was packed, the hostess got us seated right away, and our server greeted us directly and got us drinks. After a few minutes to decide and a few cocktails we ordered, and in spite of the place being jampacked, we got our food in a timely manner, and it was fantastic! We’re couldn’t have been happier! Prompt service, delicious food, stiff cocktails and a great atmosphere made this a perfect night. We’ll definitely be back!!! Sorry for the pictures of food that’s been partially eaten, but we were so hungry. I forgot to take pictures before I started! The garlic, beef and noodles was amazing, my daughter’s salmon was perfect and my wife said her Philly cheesesteak sandwich was the best she’d ever had!

Manager did rectify the bill, but that was an hour and a half after we sat, then left hungry.Parking: Lots of spots left on outside roof deck, yet expensive.
