Wareham Cranberry Highway gers the Horses Hynie award for consistency thru the years ! A 20 min wait was rewarded with a look of indifference, 2 barely together cheeseburgs and 2 small French fries colder than the evening air ! All that for $10.02 !Back on my "Won't eat there" list !

If I could give this location less than a 1 I would the customer service is terrible. They’re rude and disrespectful and offer no help. They hold funds on your card refuse to cancel orders and tell you “you’re not listening there is nothing I can do” well I beg to differ because your app that you use the platform your company created states if your order needs to be canceled call the store you can’t cancel in the app. However when you call the store the Karen of a manager repeatedly states “we have nothing to do with the app” and when you try to speak just repeats that same statement well again if your restaurant uses the platform you have something to do with it. If the app directs the customer to the store then your company set it up so the store is in control. I have no idea why the app set my order at a place over 40 miles from where I am but it’s theft for you to hold my funds on a product I can’t receive and Deny accountability for the situation your restaurant caused by engaging with what must be a 3rd party app since you “have no control and nothing to do with the app” that again is a platform your store accepts orders on” so i don’t know what issue McDonald’s in wareham has that they refuse to be accountable and do their jobs but y’all buyer beware they have no care for their customers at all!!!!

Ordered two fish sandwiches a fry and a drink.fish was overcooked ,swimming in there sauce,and cheese was stuck to top of box not even on sandwich. Fries were not fully cooked and way over salted,they did get the drink right. Second time in a month food quality was bad. Been there thrre times in the month probably will be a while before I try them again since burger King is right up the street

Well went there to get a couple triple cheese burgers and after waiting in line for over 15 minutes the manager came around the corner and said have you ordered yet to the several of us customers that were there waiting which obviously we hadn't and then says there is a kiosk for that behind you otherwise it will be a while before we get to you. And it was said in a way that came across as mean and I hate this location as it is cause their good is subpar to other locations but unfortunately it all we have for McDonald's in Wareham so I walked out along with 3 other customers just due to how rude it came across. And they were not even that busy 4 cars in drive thru and that's all they were concerned with not the people standing at the counter waiting to spend money. Well they lost 4 customers today makes me think....

Always messes up my order and forgets food and they are so so so slow, I was the only one in store today and it took 57 minutes to get my food and they packaged it all upside down, forgot two out of three things I ordered and made the sandwich wrong… not a single person said a word to me and they all ignored me when I asked a question, they were singing and dancing while people were trying to order and they just gave up and left, and two of the young girls were vaping at the register.

My father took my kids to mcdonalds. My father began to order his food. The kid taking it said wait stop. Then came back on said what do you want. Took 13 minutes for him to put something so simple in. We pull up he was just standing there my father was trying to figure out if he was going to ask him to pay or what. He was so unprofessional. Just threw our stuff at us didn't even look at us. Terrible. No straws soda spilt everywhere. It was the worse customer service I've ever encountered.
