The food generally took a while to come out and was not very good when it did.The kitchen was not open late and then they would not serve snacks or bar food to those drinking which doesn't make any sense.The hotel had a convention going and the day it ended, they were closed. Instead of being open to serving those waiting for their drivers or time to leave for the airport.

service was horrible. We were one of four tables and received little to no attention. Sat for about 20 minutes before the waitress finally came over. We told her we were ready to order food as well as drinks, and she was insanely rude saying "I was getting there let me get your drinks first". We were just letting her know we were ready to order all at once. When we ordered and she repeated it back it was wrong, when we politely corrected her she was very rude. The bartender noticed our drinks were empty for about ten minutes (waitress did not check on us once) so she came over and got us new drinks, even delivering them herself. We asked for boxes and the check with multiple orders in front of us, and she said "one box?". When we said "no three please" she rolled her eyes and walked away. Food wasn't bad, we didn't get exactly what we ordered but everything tasted pretty good.We still tipped but the waitress we had was absolutely horrible and turned a maybe 30 minute ordeal into a two hour one. Waitress (Liz maybe ?) needs to be let go or taught how to do her job and have a better attitude. insanely rude and horrible service.

Beer prices are really good. Got a bottle IPA for under $6? Wow.. First place I've been to in a long time that didn't overcharge beer. (Avg price in most places in MA $8 to $9)Their pub food was decent. The only thing that really bothered me was that the server didn't realize she talked way too much and was interrupting me while I just wanted to be left alone. I felt bad as she told me her personal issues..so I just let her chat my head off.Nice girl and no offense she just wanted to be friendly and seemed over worried about doing a good job. I just don't enjoy talking or listening to anyone while I'm eating or hearing other people's problems while I want to forget a difficult day and relax.The atmosphere.. there is not much. It's a hotel restaurant/pub and the place was close to empty. I will try this place again when I travel through. I'd like to try more of their menu.

A Saturday afternoon at a packed hotel and a handful of people in the bar restaurant should have been my first hint. The one waitress and one bar manager (who ended up being super nice) should have been my second. Our party of 3 ordered, the waitress missed the drink order and the appetizer order. It took forever for the basic food (a burger, a fish sandwich and chicken tenders) to finally make it out to us. When they did it was barely passable bar food. We never did end up getting our appetizer and the bar manager ended up taking care of us on the bill which was WAY overpriced for the quality of the food. First and last time at this place. Good luck to anyone in the future.

Nice staff, decor was a bit dated from the 90’s, food was slow and mediocre. I ordered a med rare burger, came out done. Had almost the entire restaurant to ourselves, the place seemed like a ghost town on a Friday evening around 7pm. Not a bad place in a pinch, but not my first choice.

The minuteman grills online presence says that it's open for lunch but when we got there on a Tuesday at 12:30, you could only order to go and it was not open

Today we dined at the Minuteman Grill. One of the 3 meals we received was not as defined on the menu (we got breaded and fried instead of grilled) and the other had overcooked chicken. One meal was fine. When brought to the attention of the manager, she went out of her way to accommodate us and make our dining experience right.Since the restaurant was about to close for the hiatus between lunch and dinner, the manager promised to remake the problem items for us to retrieve as soon as the restaurant reopened in one hour. The restaurant did exactly that and the whole meal, and a delicious piece of chocolate cake, was complimentary!!The remade items were perfectly done, and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the Minutemen Grill and a big thank you to the wonderful manager whose name I unfortunately did not get !!
Overall this place is ok. The service here is typically very good! The atmosphere is clean and well kept. The food quality is pretty good but nothing special. The variety of beer's available is adequate. I had a salad that was fresh and tasted great. I also had the ribs which were ok but nothing special....

Terrible service on a Friday night. Not many patrons, but a long time between visits to our table. The menu is standard American / bar food, but the execution isn't great. Quesadilla was greasy and the burger overcooked. The atmosphere is decent. Basically, go somewhere else unless you're staying at the hotel and you REALLY don't want to leave.Parking: Plenty of parking
