Banh Mi was good, not of the best but it was solidly good. The guy at pickup was really friendly and customer service seemed to be a top priority. I can always appreciate great customer service, so definitely recommend.

This place doesn’t exist. I drove here and walked in the rain and it doesn’t exist.

The Banh mi hit the spot. I ordered it with grilled pork AND grilled chicken and with extra mayo spread. Perfect sandwich. My only gripe was the cost $5 for chicken and $5 for pork, total sandwich $15+ and the real issue was the boba tea, arrived stale and boba was firm and terrible texture. Worth it for the sandwich though. I’d definitely order again, I’d just skip the 2x meat and just get 2 regular Banh mi’s for $20 and no boba drink next time. Meat was delicious.

Haven’t tried the food yet, but the guy at the front desk is mean, asking me to pickup the trash (the straw cover) in case where i drove here to do a dine in and was told they don’t do dine in now. Announce it somewhere!Update: The food was Okish!

I don't usually give a bad review but this was not good on multiple levels. I dig a banh mi but this bread was clearly stale and retoasted. The tea tasted bad and the soup was listed with fried chicken but came with flavorless boiled chicken. The whole thing was a mess. I give an extra star because I was fed and didn't die.

Went here for lunch. We haven’t had Pho since leaving California and this place hit the spot! Absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!
This place used to be my go to for comfort food. Since it has changed to this place, I have been grossly disappointed. The chicken is dry and the broth is the most off, vomit inducing old rotten fish smell. Disappointing is an under statement.

Ordered takeout from here 3 times since the Coronavirus began. Each time, I'm impressed with the quality of both the Phở and Bánh mì sandwiches (my favorite is the bò nướng -- bbq beef). Very friendly people, also. Definitely support this business.
