We went there St. Patrick’s Day and ordered a couple of meals. The steak tips were small but OK. The waiter told me that the special was beef stew, so I ordered it. They gave me a half a bowl of beef stew which was fine if you like soup or stew. When I got the bill this special small half bowl of beef stew was $17.00.Who came up that price? I think I could’ve gotten it less expensive at the Ritz Carlton in Boston.Do I have to say anymore?

Great service from the waitress. Management and the kitchen have a problem though. Got their buff chick fries with mozzarella on the top. Solid meal until about I got half way through and the cheese/fries were stuck to all the tin foil. Asked for a few dollars off my bill for half my meal being stuck/ripped apart for trying to get off the tin foil. Waitress stated the supervisor was able to remove everything off the tin foil but never returned my food and advised they would not provide any refund. Respect the waitress but honestly have never heard a response like that from any restaurant in my life and I really hope the management gets spoken to by the owners of the business because from personal experience this is not how you handle customer service inside a restaurant by any means. I didn't want to not tip the waitress for the great job she did so figured a review would hopefully make a better impact.

I went here today for the first time because I kept walking past this place and always seem busy and the food smell really good walking by. Well let me tell you about my experience I walk in there with my buddy and it takes about 5 minutes to get a beer order in at the bar np there but then it takes another 10 minutes and I'm being generous here to get my beer she gets it from the tap pours it halfway and sits for 2 min then she let it pour some more after waiting on several customers then left it again to sit there then after another 2-3 min I finally get my drink, they seem to be understaffed and under trained I was going to get food but I decided to go to El sarape across the street due to the poor service me and friend what you could call was received.

Place always hits. Grecian pizza is bomb, and the sidewinder fries of any variety (pulled pork, clam chowder, chili, or buffalo chicken) are amazing. Friendly front of house and quality food. 5 stars.

Great atmosphere and decent service. But my poor review is the low quality food. I just woke up this morning finally feeling better after 3 days of some type of food poisoning/stomach issue after eating at Bates last week. Both my husband and I shared the buffalo egg rolls and got side Caesar salads, but different entrees. I got the Avocado BLT and added chicken, and I knew something was wrong and my stomach was off the second I was done eating. Not sure what part of the sandwich it was...the "Texas toast" was just heavily greased up wheat bread, the avocado was brown, the lettuce was soggy, all of it was low quality. I'll spare the gory details but all I could stomach for the last 72 hours was minimal water and saltines. I sincerely hope no one else got sick and hopefully they can figure out what ingredient was the issue. I'm so disappointed as it was my first time there and I loved the vibe of the place. But will definitely never be back.
Boneless mango habanero wings are delightful. Atmosphere is fun and the Greek pasta salad is always delicious.

Atmosphere was good. Food looked great. But, if you like your food well seasoned this is not the place for you. Went there with about 9 adults and they forgot to serve 1 meal. When they finally brought it out the food was wrong. They were not very polite when told it was wrong.Good hang out spot if you only want drinks...

Went 11/25/23 for early dinner. Seated promptly. Ordered the Brookside burger which was delicious and cooked exactly as requested. The burger had feta cheese and caramelized onions. I had to have on a gluten free bun and that was perfect (usually gluten free buns not that great). No dedicated fryer, so got a garden salad which was quite large and great. My husband got a grilled chicken Caesar wrap with sweet potato fries. He said it was great! Lots of craft beers. I ordered the house red sangria and was delicious. Waitress was attentive and food came out hot. Highly recommend.
