Busy place takes time for food and they charged me what I should of got back for change out of a 20 which was more than the food cost didn't have time to argue over it but a cashier should know how to count unless it was done on

This burger King is great! The staff were all bubbly and in a good mood. Not like the usual "i hate my job" vibe you get almost everywhere else. Food was done quickly and tasted great! Only con worth mentioning would be that I noticed multiple dirty tables but other than that... PerfectParking: Right off the main road, plenty of spaces.Kid-friendliness: Pre assembled bk crowns for kids everywhere.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps to get in and out, handicapped bathrooms

I've only had good experiences here. I order exclusively with the app. There has been a couple mix ups, but nothing drastic or problematic really.Having been to a few Burger Kings around the area, this location is the ONLY one that consistently makes good burgers.I used to never eat Burger King. One day, my wife and I were talking about fast food and of course, it became a Burger King vs McDonalds discussion. Up till that point, I've never really had a good Burger King burger (though at that point in time, my last Whooper experience was probably 8+ years prior in a different part of the state).To settle the issue, we bought some burgers from both McDonalds (down the street) and this Burger King and compared. I was surprised! While I still love the Big Mac, I can definitely see the appeal of Burger King.After that, we would occasionally visit other Burger Kings...but we discovered that there was a pretty huge difference in taste. I don't know why, but the burgers here taste notably better. If I had eatten at a different location during our taste test of McDonalds vs Burger King, I probably would have been convinced that Burger King was just bad.Anyways, if you like Burger King, you will probably enjoy this specific location.

I had a horrible experience at this place tonight, I placed an order on the app for better sandwiches with large meatsWhen I arrived to pick it up they didn't have it, and they simply couldn't cancel my order and refund me.The attendant Ailton was wonderful, he tried to look at the price of my order and offer me items compatible with the price.The manager (I don't remember her name) was extremely rudeShe turned her back on me twice and didn't bother to resolve the issue. When the employee tried to resolve it, she recriminated him in front of everyone. If that wasn't enough, I didn't have my hamburgers, and I didn't have my milk shakes.She was more concerned with her inventory than solving a problem, simply unprepared to serve the public. unfortunate.As for Ailton, congratulations, you are incredible, even in a bad environment, good people make a difference!
