Very bad attitude, bad customer service, never baying there again, I spent $25 in 2 sandwiches, I specifically told the cashier that I didn’t want any pickles, I gave my son the bags he went to eat and found pickles he sent me a picture and immediately threw the box in the trash, I went back to them with my receipt and the picture to show them, they told me that I have to pay to get another sandwich because I got rid off the food.

To other customersCharleys as a chain is better than this!To the ownerIve been to Charleys threw out the country and this one by far is the worst.Your staff is patheticFrom making derogatory comments about people to getting my order completely wrong!It couldnt even be considered a mistake, the order that was just a sandwich had fries, the order that asked for no lettus and tomatos had lettus and tomatos, and the other had Nothing. The small order was a regular and the regular order was a small. And it was Just 2 Orders!To the staffIf you dont want to be there, Do us all a favor and Dont be there. Lifes too short and I work way too hard for my money to be upset because your unhappy.

I would give it more stars but the server at the time was a bit rude, and I ordered an iced tea and it was just cold black tea, absolutely disgusting. The food my friends ordered was good however.

First of all i got a combo meal that includes a drink the sub and fries of my choice right? Where are the fries? And why did i get a kids size portion of meat on a LARGE sub? Im not over exaggerating about the portion of meat because the one in brockton does a 10 times better job making the sub look like a proper sub. They were still open for 2 more hours so i don't understand if there was a rush or not, I won't be going back to this location.

Terrible care in preparation. Sandwich was extremely dry. Asked for ketchup and get three small packets for handful of fries. No sense in customer service

I am in love with the chicken teriyaki. But the last few times I ordered it, they will not put the onions that I say I want on it and they're being VERY stingy with the teriyaki sauce to the point I have to ask for some after it's made. I don't know if onions are expensive now or what. But it's really annoying to order something the way you like it and you get home and it's not made correctly!!

I am highly disappointed. Charley's used to be one of my favorite spot to get cheesesteak. I ordered the new Fiesta combo. Waited 30mins for my food. When my food came out. It missing all the ingredient, I asked for. Then when I bite into my sandwich and the gourmet fries it was cold. They were calling numbers all over the place and not organized. Paying close to $20 for a cold sub and fries is not worth it. I will not be coming back.

I come here pretty often but after today I will no longer be giving my money to this business. You really need to train your employees on how to be kind and not rude. The Asian women that was working register today had an extremely horrible attitude. I asked for no tomatoes on my sub and was given tomatoes when I spoke up the guy was kind enough to take them off but she walked over in a huff and was like well I asked her if she wanted them. Well if she was listening to what I said she would have heard I didn't want them. Something needs to be done about this if I could give a zero star I would. I pray she isn't a manager because with an attitude like that she shouldn't be at all.

I made the order online. They allow you to choose what ingredients should be added or removed. When I picked up the order and checked it at home everything was in mess. Where I asked to not add mayo it was added, where I asked to not add onion - it was added. I ordered 2 sauces - they were not there. It was something wrong with every cheesesteak I ordered.Guys, check your order before you leave. Otherwise, you won't get what you paid for.

Despicable service from disgusting cashier guy that was on the Friday shift (11.12) around 6:30PM. NAME: OTTO GALVEZ. He missed a portion of the order and was unprofessional/dismissive about it when confronted. I was so proud of myself for not making a scene because this dunghole was really asking to be ripped a new one. Got the refund from the apologetic manager and was offered (multiple times) to still keep the food that was made. Rejected and left EVERYTHING and still will never go again...
