Fantastic food at the Chateau in Braintree!!! We got multiple apps, all delicious, our server Marissa was great! Jonathan the manager was also outstanding!

We've been going here about once weekly for years. The food and drink is good, but it's more about the people working there. There is one server that stands out for us - Jillian. Fun fact, she's never been our server. We typically eat at the bar. Although her responsibility is to wait tables, she always has a friendly hello for us when passing by. She welcomes most guests by name, and is equally kind and considerate to her co-workers. She isn't sitting at the back of the bar gossiping an joking around - she seems focused on her work and providing excellent customer service. My career has been specialized in talent management and development for years and if the leadership team/family ownership are wise, they will not only retain her but promote her in order to provide a clear example of the kind of service they need to maintain.

The Trio 2 meal included chicken parmigiana, fettuccine Alfredo, and lasagna, but unfortunately, the food didn't meet expectations. The chicken parmigiana and lasagna seemed reheated in the microwave, and the fettuccine Alfredo lacked flavor. Although the service was good and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere, the food was disappointing and not even served hot.

Went for lunch had the trio was not the best. Had chix parm, lasagna and fettuccine Alfredo's lasagna the noodles weren't burnt and hard. Chix parm lacked flavor and I can't even mention the fettuccine Alfredo. I'm going to give it another try and try something different. Menu was huge so lots of other options. Service was great for a party of 8

The food was not hot and it seemed like it came out of a box premade. The food was definitely not original. It tasted very cheap. The one good thing about the experience was that the server, Caroline, was exceptional and had a great attitude. Other than that, The Chateau-Braintree felt like any other chain restaurant, very lacking in quality.

Our waitress was very slow to come over when we first sat. It was not very busy at all and we waited probably 10 minutes. We got a drink order in and an appetizer. The meatballs came out cold in the middle but the waitress was seated at a table with a customer so we couldn't ask that they at least be warmes up. Our meals came out and the food was fine but again, the waitress never came over to check on us or see if we needed anything. She finally came over when we were done and asked if I wanted another beverage. If it have been 15 minutes earlier I would have but at this point I was ready to go. Not a great experience and unfortunately probably our last.
