I was VERY hungover and went to the mall. Chicken now saved me that day and became my new favorite place for tendies and chicky sandwiches. BEST honey mustard fire Mac and cheese and delish fries. It BREAKS my heart that they aren't open after the pandemic

Amazing chicken sandwiches and I love their sauce

Very good chicken French fries and cucumber tomato salad. The 3 piece meal w 2 sides is huge! The chicken was moist tender and nicely cooked fresh. The fries were thin fresh and hot with a nice seasoning. Probably not low sodium but tasty! Cucumber salad good fresh healthy. I am very pleased with this place. Nice meal for $8.50. I will be back!

Wanted a fish sandwich only place in mall to sell one, took 20-25 minutes to get and it was overcooked and made feel sick

I hot a spicy chicken sandwich from here. The white meat chicken was pretty on-point, moist and with light and crispy batter. The rest of the sandwich was just not as good. The sandwhich consisted of 2 tenders so it just kind of fell apart while eating. What made this item "spicy" was basically a clump of jalapenos squeezed between the 2 tenders. The slice of cheese was just slapped in there, not warm or melted at all. The lettuce seemed fresh so that was OK. I got their "special" sauce on the side which I'm pretty sure is just ketchup, mayo, and black pepper all mix together. Overall, it's a low-effort product that at least has decent ingredients.

I was yesterday and got an order of #2 on the menu. Spicy chicken sandwich with fries. Sorry, no pictures this time around. I was starving and devour it. Spicy chicken sandwich wasn't bad. My only complaint is the spiciness of the chicken was the jalapenos, not any kind of spice or sauce. The fries at least we're crispy and salty which is good. Overall, lunch wasn't terrible. I wanted something spicy besides jalapenos.

The chicken is so hot when you get it, and it's always tender and delicious!

I have had absolutely amazing experiences at this restaurant. Very nice, great food, worth the price and usually very fresh! I give only 4 stars instead of five because of a worker who works there. She has glasses, short hair, and a tattoo behind her ear. 90% of the time she's off doing something so there are no issues, but whenever she is on register I second guess coming there. I work at the mall and get Chicken Now for lunch every shift, I'm hooked on it! But I can't stand how much of an issue it is for her to say hi or maybe smile once in a while? She's very short and never says thank you or anything. Also when she cooks I avoid the place. My food is always old and lukewarm, and the rice has the consistency of the mashed potatoes (literally paste). Other than that the place is amazing and the woman usually on the register is my fav! Super sweet so shoutout to her for making me a regular!! I would definitely recommend eating here if the girl isn't working.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo with onion rings. Neither tasted fresh. Chicken was alright, it was barely crispy. The sauce was probably the best thing about the entire meal. The sandwich was pretty big and filling but I would have rather had a better quality, smaller piece of chicken. The onion rings were not even hot. Chick-fil-a is better than this. Maybe even Wendy's chicken is better! Burger King's onion rings are better than this.

I don't expect a lot from food courts, but wow! Quite possibly the best chicken fingers I've ever had! Very thick pieces of real chicken! Special sauce was yummy, too! I was really pleasantly surprised!

By nature, I'm dissuaded from eating (a) at food courts, and (b) from any place where they do the luring albeit aggressively in-your-face free sample. But Chicken Now reeled me in. And I'm glad they did! This place does what Raising Cane's does what Zaxby's does what Guthrie's did first: chicken fingers, Texas toast, special sauce and... bubble tea? Plantains? Okay, they have a few diversions but I went puritan on my chicken finger box and opted for fries and slaw. The chicken is made to order, so it's more like Chicken In A Few Minutes, but it's worth it: hot, juicy, and with a crunchy crumb. If you have a decent appetite, a three piece meal is enough - these puppies are huge! Fries are more McDonald's than the crinkle cut of yore, but their seasoned with a zing (maybe paprika based) and make for good dipping in the secret sauce. Cole slaw tasted fine, but it was shredded in huge ribbons - take the die on the cabbage down a notch! "Cumbersome slaw" is not a known phrase for a reason. Anyway, the entire plate was $7.50 and totally hit the fried chicken spot.
