Worst experience I ever had like why tf is the forks barely clean and the floor is always dirty and un swept not to mention the crumbs on the seats and tables and horrible customer service , food is mid too

Just has a good vibe! Food was really good - burgers and fries. House margarita has small refill bottle.Dietary restrictions: No problem getting no bun. Yeast, egg &gluten issues.

The food was not ready as expected. I arrived early I ultimately ended up calling the restaurant to ask about the order it was lukewarm and it obviously had been sitting for a while

This is in regards to curbside pickup. I don't really utilize this service since I usually dine in. My sister and our kids love to come here since the food is good and we get more bang for our buck with the 3 for me (we share the apps) and use any rewards we have like free chips and salsa. However I used the curbside for myself and my daughter back in November. I checked in like I was suppose to. They never came out. I thought maybe they were busy. 20 minutes goes by and I decide to go in. They brought the food out to the counter and ended up spilling the soup inside as they were handing to me. I also had a good amount of items to carry including the drinks and they didn't even offer to help bring it out despite it already being for curbside. I get home and the food was cold and missing items. I reached out to the restaurant online and they were good about crediting me for the food next time I visited. Fast forward to a couple of days ago, almost four months later and I decide to give curbside a second chance. I ordered one meal and an app. Nothing complicated. This time they actuality came out, and in decent time. Get home, and I'm missing my side. If I had checked before hand, I would of had to rip the bag open as it was knotted so tight and the food would of gotten cold. Reached out again and they compensated me partially for the meal, Which was ok. I suggest just dining in. CURBSIDE IS A NO GO.
