This chipotle is the worst I've ever been to. I've given it so many chances too. Every time I go to this store it looks like an absolute mess, the staff are wildly inattentive, and my food is always incorrect. Last time I tried to tell the staff that I didn't ask for hot salsa the person sighed very loud as if it was my fault the hot salsa was put on! When it was remade the person making my burrito bowl just then started slamming the serving spoons in the metal containers. When I went to pick up a card to the store manager to write about my experience the person at the cash register scoffed! I love chipotle and eat it all the time but this is absolutely the worst chipotle I've ever stepped foot in. When ordered delivery it easily takes over 1.5 hours. When I last ordered I was getting messages from the delivery person saying the food still had not been ready and they had been waiting 45 mins for it.

Hands down the worst Chipotle in the south shore. You can order your food for pickup at 5 and wait until 6:30pm with no order in sight. City of braintree needs to shut this location down for good. Overflowing with trash, soda area all filled with spills and trash. Understaffed. No one cares. Food is left out while there is a line out the door. They lock the doors once it gets busy, people start becoming angry and leaving. Your food is cold by the time you get it since it’s been left out. Employees are wiping their sweat and mopping the floors and then handling food again. The Chipotle app no matter how many times to let them know what’s going on, they don’t even try to fix the ongoing problems at this location. I hope they shut down for good because this is no way to run a business. I don’t trust the safety of the food at all and always drive to Hingham if I crave for chipotle. I have to say though, the staff here aren’t actually rude. Just overworked and don’t care. Unlike the North Quincy location where customers are an inconvenience.

Grant,Nina and Nate were very helpful during my time at the Braintree chipotle. They were so kind and helpful. Throughout the whole time I was here they were working diligently to serve me and make sure I was taken care of. We need more workers like these in the world. Please chipotle raise their pay because this is the best service I’ve had in a long time.

If I could give 0 stars or less, I would. Just left there, ordered two separate orders. The first one, it came all wrong, and with missing stuff that they did not want to make for us, even thought we told them that we already paid for it. The second ordered, we didn’t even receive. After asking then about, they “didn’t have it anymore”. One of them was super rude to us, and ignored us while we were talking to them, and started to talk to other people, pretending that we weren’t there. They were very rude to us, did not want to make our order. They were prioritizing people that just got there, instead of prioritizing people that ordered way before. Don’t recommend this place, at all. Go to any other chipotle.

Grant, Nina, Nate all worked very hard in making my chipotle experience a very positive one. They were very helpful, nice, and friend. Not only that, they are hardworking and represent Chipotle Braintree very well. We need more people like these three in the world. #raisetheirpay

I'm begging yall to hire more people. I placed an order at 540 for pickup at 620, and it's not ready at 640 now. Someone ordered for pickup at 6 and it's not even ready as of 640. Staff are claiming it's "very backed up" and that's it.It's a busy location, there's no need to short staff it like thisI got my food finally at 750. This is pathetic.

I walked in and they refused to take my order. They said it was online ordering only. I tried several times to put in an online order and it would not go through so I just walked out. It's ridiculous that you have to put in an order ahead of time and there is no kiosk or anything to use so if you don't have an account or the internet is slow you just wasted your time.

I've given this location so many chances, assuming I just catch them on a bad day. But they are consistently terrible. If you are a delivery service or online order customer, you are waiting at-least 45 minutes after your order is expected to be ready. Walk in customers wait an average of 30 min in line before being seen... and not because they have high volume of customers, but solely because of how inattentive and slow the team is. They are almost always out of a major component whether it's salsa or lettuce. Their dining room is rarely presentable and often times is not stocked with forks (like today), lids, napkins, etc. today they don't have ice, the minutemade lemonade is water, the Chipotle lemonades aren't refrigerated and the machine they are in is not running/circulating. This location needs some serious help.

This place is filthy. All the tables are a mess. No napkins. I stopped by tonight ordered food and found out the soda machine is broken. Not going back.

Dirty and nasty. Lots of workers but no one to tell them what to do. Not a clean table to be found. No napkins. Had to ask for a rag to clean table. Soda machine has been broken for 3 weeks.Don't go here.

This place only takes online orders. You go in and the employees are just standing there and they make you order online right there (which is more expensive than ordering in person as well).

I would avoid this location at all costs, even if there's nothing left to eat, don't eat here. They're always out of something, no staff, closed, or only doing online orders. They need to close this location so it can be under control

This is literally the worst chipotle. They are always out of s**** The lines always a million years long. They frequently mess up online orders. I would avoid.

Placed an order for pickup. First time they forgot half my order. 2nd time I Waited about 30 minutes being told it's almost up. Then when asked again was told "it's not my fault they are going slow". Asked to just cancel the order I had to call in to do so. Don't go during the lunch rush.

Super slow service, there were 10 people in line and it took 20 minutes to take my order, as I checked out A MOUSE ran through the restaurant and the staff didn’t do anything but worry. Super unsanitary
