Very low quality, watered down ice cream, no restroom, absent minded, unresponsive, rude staff. There are a lot of much better ice cream spots in Braintree than this.

Great variety of both hard and soft serve ice cream. Service is very good most of the time even with long lines of waiting customers. Don't think there is any flavor soft serve they don't do. They also offer some frozen yogurt choices. Seating both inside and out very limited. Located at a very busy intersection in Braintree with limited parking and somewhat difficult to exit from. Delicious spot for ice cream lovers

Worst service and ice cream ever. I got a brownie sundae, and the guy making it rolled his eyes when I asked for no whipped cream. When taking payment, I was told there is a $10 minimum for cards. There are no signs present, and I wasn't informed before placing my order.
