This Dunkin's does not have a drive-thru, instead offering a tiny parking lot up front that's a sudden turn off busy traffic along Ivory that tends to speed - so look carefully for it as you approach, and signal and slow down well ahead of time lest people rear-end you.There is a limited amount of seating inside, plus ordering ahead of time via the mobile app made things super efficient, as my order was ready for me when I arrived. It's otherwise typical Dunkin's fast food: sugary iced drinks, bland coffee, ultra-zapped hot items, and empty-carb processed baked goods. Still, super addictive when combined with their mobile app and all its discounts and bonus point offers. Mercifully, at the moment, Dunkin' Corporate hasn't filled this Yelp listing with inane, contrived, staged "action shots" and other stock photos that don't reflect this particular location.

The Braintree Dunks is a good one. They are friendly and it has a big dinning area with tables and one table has a plug very convienent. They close early at 7 pm but for where its located and what they serve thats a fair time. Overall very good rating.

Not sure why but after two pm you simply can't get a decent cup of coffee at this Dunkin. The girls and boys behind the counter are too busy socializing with each other that they can't pay attention long enough to make a simple cup of coffee.A couple of them are really bad no names or descriptions but one on it's a cup some hot liquid some cold cream and a couple sugars it's not brain surgery!!! Maybe that's why there is never any money in their tip cup. Sorry this review is for the Dunkin's in Braintree square
