This is a 5 star dunks for me. Staff is always kind and friendly. My food is always good. Not too hot, bread is never overly toasted, or overcooked. I’ve never gotten under toasted stuff too and the drinks are always good. One of my favorite dunks I’ve been to.
This Dunkin's appears to be a newer outlet at a busy Braintree crossroads, with a triangular parking lot that makes it easy (or tempting, if it isn't legal) to cut between streets. The drive-thru awkwardly wraps around a nearby multi-story house that appears to contain separate offices and residences, which for those inside must be unnerving to have drivers peering into your windows all day long, but for Dunkin's customers, makes for a wide, easy-to-navigate lane.
