I wish it were possible to leave 0 stars. I went in this afternoon to order a sandwich and ended up walking out. It is completely chaotic in there and the employees are incredibly rude. Will never go back.

There are lots of reasons to love Fasano's Marketplace in Braintree. The store is always immaculately clean, the food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. Last night I discovered just how awesome that staff is. There was a small mixup with a clam plate, and the the team at Fasano's went way, way above and beyond to make it right. It was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Every business makes mistakes, nobody is perfect. It's the way the mistake was handled that was truly impressive and appreciated. I will continue to get food here and continue to recommend Fasano's to all my friends and family.

I have been in a few times and love all the variety here. I actually came here about a month and a half ago to look for a certain shape pasta for a friend who couldn’t find it anywhere. I came in and found it! So I got my friend the pasta and a jar of their vodka sauce. My friend called me and said her husband was raving saying it was the best vodka sauce he had ever had in his life and wanted to know where I got it. My friend lives in Plymouth and came up to meet me at Fasano’s. Well to our shock they didn’t have any! We asked if they had any and the owner overheard and said if we could wait 15 minutes he’d make us some fresh! He went above and beyond! It was so appreciated by my friend! Just goes to show shipping local family owned businesses is the way to go! Thank you Fasano’s I will recommend you to everyone!

Cannot say enough good things about the food and the family that runs this small business. Have been enjoying their food for around 7 years but they have been in business running a catering company for many years before recently opening up their storefront in Braintree. Now instead of only being able to enjoy their food for catered events, you can enjoy their amazing food every single day! Regular weekday dinners are easy to grab food to heat up for the night. And They make the holidays so easy, with everything ready with simple instructions to just heat up. No more holiday stress or fuss around cooking! Sooo worth it and highly recommend to all. Absolutely DELICIOUS! And everyone is so great and friendly at the marketplace, I wish we lived closer! Keep up the great work Fasano team!

Got a chicken parm from here and drove maybe 3 minutes down the street to eat it, and it tasted like I just pulled it out of my fridge. Everything there is pre-made. So if you get pizza, calzone, or chicken parm sub, more than likely it was made hours before

Very few gluten free options. Salad bar definitely cross contact, no gluten free bread/rolls, small selection of gluten free pasta and Boars Head meat. Ingredients not listed on prepared foods in cooler and freezer. Might be good for those without any food allergies.
What can you really say about a family run business for 60 years operating the first brick and mortar business. Excellent food either fresh to your order or the “to go meals”, groceries, specialty items, meats , cheeses etc….This is exactly what the area needed. Having been a resident and see a lot of changes this was the best place to open in 25 years. Wish I was able to get there more. Customer for life.
