The worst experience ive ever had in food service, i waited over 30 minutes in store for an order i placed online, i watched several people who came in after me get orders before me, i tried to ask the staff if my order would be ready soon and i was ignored more than once, they didnt even acknowledge me. I never received my food. I will never go back to this location again, and i advise anyone who values their time to avoid it as well.

Its a five guys, you know what you are in for: decent and decedent burgers, amazing friends, and more free peanuts than seem safe.
Lovely lady receptionist. Order placed for two adult cheeseburgers and child cheeseburger, chips, coke, water and milk shake…almost £50. Burgers arrived totally squashed in tin foil, mis-sharpen with cheese spread across the foil. A total mess. One bight reveals all burgers are pink to red on the inside…..child refuses to finish his burger. Chips amazing. Refill of soft drink reveals that my first three choices are not available. So disappointing and, frankly, so overpriced. Advert on hoarding at nearby McD’s on journey home shows whole meal for less than I paid for one coke. I would have expected high price to be reflected in high quality food and experience. Sadly, not so.

Yeah, I'm done with Fiveguys. I decided to treat myself. (Sad that they're so expensive now that it is a treat)I ordered and waited an extra 10 minutes to go in because they were busy. I walk in and tell them my name. 3 people and not a single one acted. My burger was sitting on top of the fry station waiting and cooling but still no fries. I'm standing there for TEN minutes while she gives the fries she just did to an order not even there yet. Had to wait for new fries. So a promised 5-10 min order was a 20-25 minute wait. My burger is cold and now, so are my fries. I used to love this place. $25 for a fry, drink and burger is insane. Corporate greed at it's finest. Never again.

Even though we came in just a half hour before closing we were greeted with a smile by John (I think that was his name) He was super polite and got us all rung up quickly and our food was made promptly. Delicious! The french fries were really good! It's been many years since I've had Five Guys and I was very impressed. Thank you also for great customer service as that's very rare to find! A++
