Friendly service and interesting ? ice-cream. My friend and I had Oreo Sundaes while my son had chocolate ? ice-cream with no toppings. Our sundaes had vanilla ? ice-cream with one Oreo and hot fudge added. They were okay and expensive. My son liked his ? ice-cream. They discounted his since he had no toppings.I've never seen ? ice-cream get chopped up on a counter before. My daughter found it facinating.

when me and my boyfriend went to get some ice cream they were rude period. they declined our service and then proceeded to serve two women of their own race, after that they declined another pair of people.

This place isn't good at all. I tried it when they first opened and it wasn't pleasant...the ice cream was not well mixed they just threw in whatever and that was it. The ice cream itself didn't taste good and along with terrible customer service. I never went back. I just think that with the price they are charging they should put more effort into their ice cream and give us great service and ice cream.

Ok, so I was shopping at the mall with my mom and then I wanted some ice cream and it was so close and they were already closed but this kind man asked what would you like and I asked for the cookies and cream sundae and it was quick and good and I love â¤ï¸ this store

This location does not deserve a star at all. I waited in line while there were two employees working. Older male was finishing his transactions with another customer and kept the same gloves on the entire process. Moved on to me and I asked him nicely if he could please change his gloves and he said i already changed them, i replied with sir i watched you the entire time you did not change them please just change them and he refused. It all comes down to customer service, if I'm requesting for you to change them don't sit there and tell me you didn't when my child and i watched the entire process. I said you know what thats disgusting and not sanitary, the guy got mad and still refused to change his gloves. I ended up leaving and taking my daughter to Ben and Jerry's . Thanks Frollz for your rude demeanor and horrible unsanitary customer service.
Totally gross. The kiosk was dirty and they didn't clean the stone between orders. I got the chocolate and it tasted nothing like chocolate (more like strawberry syrup). The girl making my ice cream also messed up the rolls and I ended up paying $7 for a cup full of "chocolate" shards. I had my boyfriend taste it and he agreed that it was nasty. Three bites and it was thrown away. Never again.

I've had ice cream rolls in Chinatown before and thought to give this place a try--big mistake! The staff did NOT clean the surface of the cold plate and the scrapers after each order. I have a few major issues with my order: 1) The chocolate roll I ordered tasted nothing like chocolate--it was muddled with all the other flavors from previous orders (as mentioned...the cold surface was never cleaned off). 2) I think the staff screwed up the liquid ice cream base because it was extremely salty (saltier than salted caramel ice cream I buy from grocery stores). 3) Additionally, the staff did not let the ice cream solidify enough to maintain its shape for long--which took away the novelty of the unusual texture of rolled ice cream. From start to finish...it took less than 1 minute to change the liquid base into a semi-solid ice cream (compared to the 3 minutes I've seen in Chinatown). I paid almost $9 for this and was highly disappointed. This is the worst ice cream I ever had in my life (I let my friend tried it and she gagged). I wish I could give it 0 Stars.

Awful they have no idea what they are doing i asked for coconut flavor and they gave me basically vanilla ice cream with coconut shaves on top smh with whip cream this cost 7 dollars and some change and my cup was half full smdh never coming back here

Got the strawberry with some gummy bears and sprinkles. The attitude of the employees leaves something to be desired. The cold plate isn't cleaned up good before they make the orders (see pics). I've definitely had better. I don't think I would back.
