The sign is huge, so this Legal Sea Foods is hard to miss. Easy parking since it shares a free parking lot with other businesses in the area. I did take-out, so I cannot speak to the dine-in experience, but the person working the register was very kind. Pick-up was also fast, but it was empty when I went.The $8.50 price point for the clam chowder cup is a bit expensive for the amount you get, but I was able to get a free one by signing up for the rewards system. The clam chowder was creamy but salty, and I wish there had been more clams; however, it was delicious overall. The oyster crackers added a nice crunch. I also got a complimentary bread roll, which was nothing special but tasted good toasted.

To be openly and honest about the total experience. First interaction the hostess was amazing, super friendly and very attentive. After owning multiple restaurants of my own hearing the bartender staff says it doesn't matter what our serving sizes. I'm gonna give you two full scoops of the soup because it's really good. This is great about the soup but this is why restaurants fail Taking a group of seven to the table, the server was truly honestly amazing , she knew what would be a perfect set of appetizers for the table and extremely tasty. Now, for the main course, two in the party did not want seafood one had fried chicken one head of steak. Both were very satisfied with their entrée. Seafood was perfectly cooked

We have been going to Legal Seafood in Braintree for years. This time we noticed a change to the menu and background music which they never had. I ordered the double baked stuffed lobster tails. This was a new item and was delicious. A good size for the money. My friend got mussels because she has a food allergy. It was a big portion and very tasty. We had a great time to catch up and enjoy great food! The waitress was very attentive to our needs.

I've visited this legal location on many occasions. I have to say that the 29th of February was the worst experience I've had at any legals. They were running a special so it was crowded which is fine. I expected it to be but my waiter was horrible. He brought us our drinks and said I'll be right back with bread for the table. Bread came out after our appetizer. He then ignored us the whole time never check back to see if we needed drink refills or if we wanted to order anything else he took 20 minutes to bring me my check and then an additional 20 minutes to run it. when I saw him I said I'm just waiting for my check and he took it out of his apron pocket and said oh, I forgot to run it. This was after I cleaned the table, stacked all the plates as I always do when I go to a restaurant, he picked them up and dropped the utensils and as he walked away, he said this is just how my day has been so I asked my daughter who is 16 to pick them up. She picked them up she put them on the table he came back he never even said thank you. It was just a bad experience all around. I probably won't go back to that location ever again because of that experience. I still tipped Michael 20% of my bill because I believe that servers and kitchen staff work really hard and deserve every penny that they receive. I hope that his rude behavior and neglect was just because he was overwhelmed by all the people. But I won't be back to find out!

My friend and I went to Legal Seafood for their leap year special. We had twin lobsters for an astounding $29. Not only was the food outstanding, but our service was outstanding. This is the third time we have taken advantage of this amazing special, and it did not disappoint.
Our table was ready at 2 pm. Dylan was our waiter. He was excellent and knowledgeable. He brought bread with extra butter. Our appetizers arrived hot. The lobsters were delivered hot. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our waitress Vanessa was so understanding and patient with our many questions. She was a delight. Even though the restaurant was crowded the service was fast and food was hot. BUT the lobsters arrived a bit too well done. Too bad since the meat where edible was quite tasty. Realize this was a lobster special day but overcooking a lobster is a no no.

Brian was on his A Game providing excellent service and a dinner theater experience similar to Dick's Last Resort. I never laughed so hard while being insulted LOL . Mark has agreed to stock my favorite liqueur and we really feel at home in the Braintree store. Food as usual was superb. We're planning on getting in line at 6am for the upcoming lobster special.
