me & my cousin went to this place, we thought this place was good since we had it in other locations and we were craving Chinese food, when we went there the line was big, expected but when it was my turn to get food I asked for a variety of things but I noticed that she only gave 1 little scoop of food in my tray, the food was messy when I saw it, then when I finally checked out it was 14.24 for a small meal & a drink, when I opened my tray I saw that I only got 4 little pieces of the red chicken they serve (I don't know the name), and 2 chicken fingers, and not to mention the burnt noodles they gave me that were extremely greasy and had no flavor to it, the lemonade I got was okay, but the rest was terrible, I do not recommend when going to this mall, the cashier is very slow to.

The service is very bad I’m not going there anymore and there’s one server she had a long hair I think maybe up to her shoulder that tie up she had a very bad attitude the chargers, two dollars more for One entry. i’m not going if that woman is there.Today went again to that master wok to food again 12/19/2023 at 2:30 pm that person again with that worst attitude and manners serving at the cashier. Wow why they hired such a person this person is going to ruin the business. that’s the older person that woman ???Vegetarian options: Election for Vegetarian not much.

I feel like I was ripped off because of the quantity I received was too small for the price I paid. I was left hungry after finishing my entree with two sides.

Used to come here all the time as a kid. They always over filled the plate and the food was always hot , tasty and you could get a full plate of filling food for like $8 if that! Not sure how much it is now I'll have to come and see!

I come here often and the food is really good. The only problem is it can be a little cold sometimes, especially the French fries. The rice could have a little more flavor but it's still really good. Its my favorite place to eat at the mall

I've had master wok many times at other malls. I got it for the first time from here. It tasted fine, but I threw up later. My friends said the food didn't look fresh but I didn't think it could be that bad. This has never happened to me, so I just wanted to share my experience eating here. I don't think I'll ever eat at the mall again after this lol.

When it comes to Chinese food in a mall, the bar is inherently not set very high. Still, I would hope for more than a single ounce of mediocrity, and even that was missing. I ordered their special, which was fried rice and chicken. I forget exactly what the chicken was called, but it is fried and covered in a sweet sauce. Not sesame of sweet and sour, if that helps narrow it down. I also ordered the crab rangoons because I've seldom turned those down. The fried rice and chicken alone were fine for a mall food court. Absolutely nothing remarkable in any way. However, their undoing was that despite just being served, these were all tepid! Imagine a cup of tea you brewed and forgot about that isn't room temperature yet, but just above. Also, when it comes to the crab rangoons, these were imbalanced in the amount of wonton wrapper to amount of filling was seriously off. Also of note, the filling had very little if any perceivable crab.

I have a few regrets in life, and reading here is one of them. Food looked old and dry. Noodles were old and stale. Looks like they keep recycling the same noodles from the day before. Pork was like eat jerky. They just don't have enough turnover to serve pre-made food. Would be better for all if they just shut their doors.Horrible!

This past weekend (9-25-21) was my last meal at this particular place. Used to be a great place, they would serve you a lot food for a great price, now it's totally the opposite, less food (not that great) for more money. I understand that due to the Covid-19 everything has gone up, but I don't have to put up with this.
