Ordered a roast beef sub- they literally put one slice of roast beef in it. I always consider it a waste when most sub shops put excessive meat in, but this was the complete opposite. They put in less than you would use at home to make a little sandwich, and it tasted very very very salty. Would not go back there.

It's not easy to find a Sicilian style, they showed one, so I had it delivered. Don't bother it's a 2.0, too thin, sauce ahhhh, overall it's a 2.4 I ordered (I thought) chicken wings , all flats, and well done. I got a well done, thin, chicken cutlets. 1.9. No more NEHOP. for me.

The subs at this place are above average and the service is quick. I really enjoy the chicken Gouda sub and the fact that they use boars head meats on their subs.

Order pizza they told me it was delivered I told them it wasn't they told me to keep checking they had the driver call me and she said the same thing she told me she did I call them 3 times about this when it finally arrived it.was ice cold I tried to call them back there was no answer. This isn't only time I have gotten cold food from them

The food was delicious and the portions are really big. We had 8 people and ordered a pizza, 2 of chicken wing orders and large curly fries. It was enough for everyone and everyone loved it. The pizza was especially delicious, as well as the wings.

This place ?? I had the spaghetti and the New England pizza, I cannot express enough how amazing this food was. Had grandma, back there starting the food, had mom and dad running the ovens and grill and had son on the registers and phones. This place is truly a mom and pop and the food echos that. Truly amazing experience and best food around this area

Subs are small. But I use to get the Buffalo chicken quesadilla. It was great. Went there today after about a 2 year absence. The quesadilla was horrible. It was was much smaller, and they didn't use a real tortilla. I don't know what it was. It wasn't half as good as it used to be.

Brilliant little place, I was able to pull the rig up on the shoulder across the street to grab some food.The pizza was very delicious, it was a bit greasy (I don't care) but PHEWWW the dough was so good! The cheese was perfectly golden and the sauce was full of flavor without needing copious amounts of it. The staff was friendly and quick, good selection of sodas and refreshments as well as chips, cookies and brownies. Overall, definitely a must when passing through Quincy/Braintree!

Food is good but sometimes they have problem taking instructions on the order and you end up getting something slightly off. Other then that food has been good every time I order

Placed an order online over the weekend for delivery. I received an email confirmation for my order and an estimated wait time of 30 mins. Right around the 30 mins I get a call saying they don't deliver to my address, which is just a town over. (Nothing on their website indicates range/distance for delivery). I was asked if I could come pick up the order, which I was not able to (the whole point of ordering delivery to begin with). I then asked if a refund would be possible and was told an exception would be made, and my order would be there in 30 mins (now 1 hr since I placed my order). 40 mins later I call the store back and inquire about my order and they say they are going to bring it to me but have to take care of other orders closer by and they will arrive in about ANOTHER 30 mins (which would now be 1.5 hours since placing my order). I told them I refuse to wait that long and asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded. (Which should've been the case from the beginning if I was outside their delivery area) The guy put someone else on the phone who first told me I need to call my bank. I asked why I just couldn't be issued a refund they same way I was charged. He then told me he cancelled the order and it should fall off in 48 hours. The charge was in fact posted, not refunded for food I never even received due to a lack of clarity on their end. So unprofessional and a horrible way to manage a customer for THEIR MISTAKE. it's 2022 , update your website. Most places will give you a message saying your address is out of the delivery zone but they allowed the order to go through. I used to really love this place but won't give them any more business after this.
