If possible, walk away and don't order here. They only give tiny amounts of food for a lot of money. When I complained that the amount they gave me was too small, one of the employees was very rude and yelled at me that she was not the boss and she couldn't change it. Horrible attitude.

Opened up my meal just to find a crumbled up receipt paper on top of my food. . My receipt paper! They are lucky I opened it up when I got home . For no reason what so ever ! This place is trash . Crazy as hell

Season 5, ep 1 of Kitchen Nightmares, Gordon Ramsay takes a bite of Red Velvet cake and utters an oft-memed phrase "Finally, some good f***ing food". After miserable experiences at the neighboring Sarku and Master Wok, I was hoping Ruby Thai would deliver, and deliver it did! Asian food joints in American malls aren't earning Michelin stars (if they are, please let me know!) When I 'go out' for dinner for my 30-minute meal break from Target, I hope for three things - hot, fast, and who could forget: tasty! I had a 2 entrée order with noodles and cheese wontons on the side. My proteins were Spicy Mango Chicken and Boneless BBQ Pork Ribs (I think). The food was served fast and hot! Each on the entrées had their own flavor (instead of amalgamating into one) and were surprisingly fresh! With the Spicy Mango Chicken, despite sitting in a hotel pan, there was still a slight crispness to the dough! Plus despite my fire-tempered taste buds, there was some noticeable heat! As for the other protein, it wasn't as stand-out as the chicken, but still very good (hot, fresh, and tasty). Same goes for the noodles. Then there were the cheese wontons. Don't be fooled like I was, these aren't crab rangoons, but the concept is very similar. Instead of a savory crab and cream cheese filling, there is a sweet cream-cheese like filling here. If you're wondering why this otherwise tough critic is awarding 5-stars to a mall Asian food place, in two words, it's "exceeded expectations" For a little more detail, I got quality food with great flavor. Heck, this place beats out easily 1/2, and likely closer to 3/4 of similar places that are standalone, let alone in a mall food court. The value was good, and the service was speedy! Why wouldn't I give five stars? Good stuff!

Can’t go wrong with mango chicken and the fried rice.

I ordered a 2 meal combo, the food was not as good as expected. Following that, I went to eat the food and there was multiple pieces of hair in it. I then asked the owner for a refund and he tried telling me it was pieces of my fork and not hair. He proceeded to help other people and make me wait and then only refunded me $7 out of the $8.69 and told me to have a good day.

I arrive at this excellent place from time to time because I like the special air that is characterizes this place. The team is exceptionally welcoming and professional. The service is certainly rapid. Not to mention, the food they cook is exceptionaly good. I visited many times and I was always satisfied. The pay is honest. I recommend this place to my friends and family.

It's good

Not too bad, but not clean. I'm worried that one of the workers might have been sick and decided to pass it on. I pray that I am wrong and no one gets sick.

Absolutely a spot worth stopping by, the food is awesome and fresh, the costs are fair and it is consistently clean in here. 5 stars.

I had a 2 entree plate with pad thai, bbq pork, and spicy mango chicken. Everything tasted great. The service was quick and friendly. The portions were a little small. I usually have left overs when I eat at take out places like this. I ate the whole plate and could go for some dessert.
