THIS PLACE GAVE ME FOOD POSIONING! Never in my life I ever had food poisoning and this place gave me just that! The fried rice is what made me almost die! I also brought it to their attention and they did not care. Didn't ask me anything, just ignored me when I repeated it twice to them. Will never go there, their food is unsanitary and will never ever eat there.THIS PLACE WILL GIVE YOU FOOD POSIONING!

I wouldnt bother, they must be out of business. I called 3 x T 130pm on a friday. Phone rang many times then just dusconnected. Tried 3 times today. Gave up. Not worth my time

It is in the SS Plaza. Not authentic Japanese food. Taste is ok.

Ordered noodles with vegetables. Very little portion of noodles and whole bunch of rubbery cabbage shreds on the side which were inedible. Noodles itself were OK. Not worth the money. Spring roles were good.

Every time we go to the mall, Sarku is a must. Its super fast paced and delicious (best mall food imo). Sauce could have been less sweet, cabbage or the veggies are cut a lil too big and the protein portion could have been a lil more generous but for mall food, I'd say get it

Went here a week ago to pick up 2 orders. They both had chicken teriyaki but one had added shrimp and I am HIGHLY allergic to seafood!!! I mentioned before anything was cooked about the allergy and the guy said "no problem". I simply asked the guy behind the grill if he could close the container that had shrimp since I could not touch it when it was done, and the eye roll I got was unbelievable. So I stated AGAIN how allergic I was and I can't touch it. He continues to not say a word and look at his grill buddy, eye roll again and then smiled at each other. If this is how you run your business when it comes to allergies I want NOTHING to do with it and believe others should be fully aware how you treat your customers!Ps...of course the chicken teriyaki that was NOT supposed to have any shrimp had ONE right on top so it had to get thrown away.

The people working at the Braintree mall location are rude and act like they do not understand English when you ask a question. They tried to give me a meal already prepared that I saw sitting on the counter instead of preparing one fresh for me after ordering. When I asked where the other meal came from no one was able to understand what I was asking and just kept saying “no”. I explained that I just ordered and no one made my order but somehow they kept pointing at one that they already up on the rack waiting that I saw the guy take off the counter… it wasn’t fresh and probably one someone left behind. It’s very bad customer service and not clean or professional. If they asked me if I wanted the one that was prepared previously that would be different but they tried to give it to me without me realizing. That is completely deceiving and bad business, they just all kept talking in a different language then eventually made my order. I use to like this place but I will avoid going near here in the future. Very disappointed.

They give you so little chicken for $10 that we stopped going here. Me and my family are avid mall shoppers annd used to love this food court and this location is terrible. The employees are rude and give you such nasty looks.
