One of the worst Starbucks I have visited in the last 5 years. Employees don’t know the recipe first….who puts cookie crumbles on Mocha Frap plus chocolate syrup in the cup after blending it. If I ask the store employees they are totally surprised. Please train your staff (Monday4/10 3:15pm) they don’t know recipe for quick working. Waiting 20 mins to order and get a frap. My advice Don’t buy from here and please stop the franchise as you are diminishing Starbucks brand value.

It was the worst Starbucks, I waited 50 minutes for two drinks when everyone behind me have got their drinks. We ordered at 3:04 and waited for a long time. We asked about the drinks and the blonde lady said it was in the making and to keep waiting. Another 30 minutes still nothing. To be fair it was a Saturday and there was quite a lot of people, however everyone after us had gotten their drinks and food. Later we went up to them however and tried to talk quietly at first however we were too annoyed and raised our voices. The blonde lady went up to us and said something along the lines of if you want us to make your drinks stop screaming or we don’t make them, and for us to speak respectfully to them. I have been quite respectful and patient however because it has been a whole 50 minutes of standing before I finally raised my voice at them to make our drinks. The lady later went away and the man was the one who was talking to us. Then I had told my companion to relax and go away. Then I asked for them to make the two drinks under the name May. Turns out the cashier who asked for my name hadn’t even placed the order under the name. And there wasn’t even one of those stickers for the drinks. However the order was placed and I had an online receipt of the order because I used the gift card barcode thing to scan for stars. They then finally made the drinks after I had shown the receipt of the drinks. They had completely ruined my good mood with this awful experience. The blonde lady was quite annoying. I do understand their frustration however we have asked several times for our drinks within the 50 minutes.

The line was 20 minutes long because out of the four employees, only one was making drinks. I'm thinking that management needs to delegate responsibilities differently here - it doesn't make sense that just one employee had the responsibility of making drinks. I felt very badly for this barista.

Great experience. The girl with the pink hair was very helpful. We got unicorn cake pops and water. It was fast, efficient, and dare I say it, iconic. The cake pops were sweet but her service was sweeter. Let's go Tiff! Will come back. Come by for a quick drink or pastry and please tip well!

Literally the worst Starbucks location on the planet. The girl on the register didn't know how to ring up my free reward. That wasn't even the problem. My problem was when I brought it up to the other guy making drinks, who I assume was a supervisor or manager, he had the nastiest attitude I have ever seen. It was a small kiosk inside a mall, so I guess low expectations. Never again.

never acknowledge you when you come for an online order pick up. i ordered a drink 20 minutes prior they didnt make it because they were out of cold foam which is fine but they could have made the iced chai. said they were gonna make it proceeded not to and i was running late for work and had to leave without my drink and out $6.
