First coming here had a great experience I got Mac and cheese burger it was delicious hubby got Shepard pie very good our friends got bacon burgers they said it was good cheese cake was delicious ? I would recommend definitely will going back for more

Came in yesterday at 4:45 pm. We ordered by 5 o’clock didn’t receive our food until 6 o clock (after i requested a manager and didnt get one) it took so long we had to get our food in to go boxes to eat in the car on the way home. We let the waitress know we had to leave due to time constraints and still took 15 minutes to have her grab the bill and swipe the card. Still tipped 25% but was very undeserving do not recommend this place at all very unprofessional and waste of money and time worst experience ive had. We paid for the bill before our food finished coming out.
The bakery was super helpful. Chris made sure I had all the items I needed for a strawberry birthday cheesecake to go. The cake was delicious and the service was excellent. Friendly and helpful!Parking: I used the curbside pickup signed area to park while picking up a birthday cake I had ordered. You can park for up to 10 minutes there.
I have got to stop going to The Cheesecake Factory. Wait to be seated is too long. Food is ok not great. With monster menu how can anything be a highlight. Never did like the atmosphere to fit in hundreds of diners.
