We like the hot pot and have been going for years but prices have been increasing and noq gotten too high for us. We have seen many gradual cutbacks over time too.

Buckle up Place is a disaster To say that they haven't spent any money on the place is an overstatement I think they sold tiles out of the bathroom Judging by the smell it's possible they had cats at one point All this being said If you earn a 10% tip And I give you 15% Even though you charged me an adult price for an 11 year old Because he's 1 week past being 10 and told you the truth Don't stop me at the door and say I owe you 3% Evidently "hibachi 18%" There are a lot of good hibachi places out there My kids love it This however Is not one of them And it should be avoided

Parking: The food was great. Limited parking, so if there isn't any available you have to park in the garage in the mall. The drinks and the service are nice as well. 10/10 recommended
I've been here twice with my boyfriend. Both times we had a lot of fun experiencing the immersive Hibachi.The only true criticism I have is that the people that are seated with you at the station can really make or break your overall experience as far as atmosphere goes.Service is overall fair and the hibachi chef's are always entertaining. Experience can vary greatly on the Chef too.The portions are large and I always have some to take home. I always get some kind of surf and turf mix.Parking is available onsite. Location is very close to the mall so provides a convenient indoor walking spot after for the cold months.

The food was amazing fresh, cooked right in front of us, and so good! Meals came with a broth with slivered mushrooms to start.
Won't be back. One thing to note if you get cold is easily is this place is absolutely freezing at all times- I wore my winter coat. Service was fine. Took over an hour to get served our hibachi though. Hibachi service was mediocre, but again fine. We tipped the chef three dollars after the hibachi was done and he left. Fast forward to when we were done, she ran our card and we tipped 15% due to having already tipping the chef. With that tip and the tip on the bill we tipped a total of 20%. We almost make it out of the restaurant and the waitress chases us down demanding a larger tip and not taking no for an answer. Our options were increase the tip or she can run the card again with a 20% tip added already. Mind you- this isn't posted anywhere in the restaurant or on any menus or told to you at the beginning of the meal. She literally would not let us leave and we just wanted to get the hell out of there at that point so she got a 20% tip out of us plus what we tipped the chef. At a five star restaurant- sure, at Tokyo Japanese steakhouse- no.

This place is potentially the worst place ever, worst service and no type of hibachi experience, a disgrace. I went there for a birthday and to show my kids what a hibachi is, did not do any fire show or anything like they usually do at hibachis, did not refill any drinks whole night. Did not do the birthday dessert request and then charged us 18% to tip for literally nothing.

First off the place was freezing...all as I had in a big winter coat with full fur hood draped over my head....now to the food I told the server and cook I was allergic to shrimp so therefore didn't want any....why does he put it over my other food!!!!this used to be my go to hibachi....not any more...yall fell off

Food was terrible. I will never do hotpot there ever again. Ramen noodle packet, had more flavor than the broth. Everything just looks sloppy they don’t care about nobody, but their own kind when it came to presentation every time I try to get the waiters attention she kept saying later to me, I basically had hot water with hot sauce and lime. That’s what my broth taste like water down. Also, I felt rushed also, I feel like they jack up the price that food is expensive for no reason I didn’t even hardly get anything hot pot for two look like for one person and the fact They put a tip like they stamp it and red tip included. They are not friendly people unless you’re kind that’s all I felt because I saw how they greeted their own people but I will never go over there again.
