Recently i have placed a pickup order, upon arrival, owner let me know that it ll be ready within a minute however i waited extra 15-20 mins. It was an disrespectful manner also calzone was so salty.

The pizza here can range from a 5/5 BEST THIN CRUST IN BOSTON to a 2/5 some days. Just very inconsistent here. The workers are cold and don't seem happy to see you (yet I am here to give you my $)? Have a smile on your face and consistently make crunchy thin crust pizza, you will become a destination spot in Boston very quickly I promise.

We ordered our food and prepaid. I arrived to pick up the order and the door was locked. Long story short my food was not ready when I showed up nearly an hour after it was ordered.Not a good experience at all and the food wasn’t even that good.

Ordered one Buffalo Chicken and one Cheese. Cheese was fair, nothing special. The Buffalo Chicken was more comparable to a cheese pizza. Minimal chicken. No Buffalo sauce. No ranch or bleu cheese. Would not recommend!

My friends and I ordered two large pies for delivery from this location. It took them more than an hour and a half to deliver to us (mind you we were 5 minutes away). Not only was the pizza cold and not good, when we called to ask about how far away it was the person who answered kept hanging up on us. He was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Will never order from here again.

The pizza place was a five minute drive away but took two hours to be delivered. Called twice, once every hour and was met with "its coming" and was hung up on. Subpar pizza at best

Ordered a "Classic Cheese Pizza" with two sides of ranch sauce and received this. Was hung up on three times. Complete refusal to take responsibility for a totally incompetent mistake. They won't even refund me. Lol

No complaints on food, its mediocre but to be expected. But customer service really sucks!I ordered Cheese Ravioli from Boston Crust through DoorDash it wasn't delivered with the garlic bread which in the DoorDash menu for Boston Crust lists: cheese ravioli pasta to be served with garlic bread.I called the restaurant to let them know that the bread was missing but the person who picked up the phone was extremely rude and told me the cheese ravioli didn’t come with the garlic bread.I checked Boston crust’s menu and it also lists Cheese Ravioli being served with garlic bread. I called back to let the person know that their menu list cheese ravioli to be served with garlic bread but he insisted that “cheese ravioli doesn’t come with garlic bread” I told him it was misleading and I wouldn’t have ordered cheese ravioli from Boston Crust if it wasn’t listed to be served with garlic bread then the person snapped and said “yeah yeah!”..”What should I do?!” I told him Boston Crust should put correct menu with DoorDash and on their website. He just hung up on me.I think he could have shown some sensitivity to my situation but he snapped and hung up on me.I contacted DoorDash and they gave me credit to order cheese garlic bread from Boston Crust’s menu since the Cheese ravioli is listed to be served with garlic bread and offered to re order another order of cheese ravioli.The second order of cheese ravioli and cheese garlic bread showed up with a piece of garlic bread wrapped in foil like many establishments send their orders whose menu lists pasta to be served with bread.Either the menu is misleading or Boston Crust lied to me when I called to check on my order.I am giving 3 stars because, I don’t want to hurt the establishment excessively just because its a local small business, but if you take money from customers and you are either misleading in the menu or when customers call to check up on their order then you are not trust worthy like a local business is expected to be.And please Boston Crust owner don’t post a generic apologetic reply to this comment like on other customer reviews posted in this platform.I am not ordering from Boston Crust ever again because I won’t know if I will be getting the things that I believe I paid for.

Order never arrived, Restaurant tried to say they called when here but I was outside and no one pulled up, and the order said contactless delivery and they still tried to call me to physically hand me the order amidst COVID-19(which in all honesty is poor management and service)even though there was no driver here. Waited almost 2 hours just to have my order cancelled and go to sleep without food!
