Cashier told me a blatant lie that the cold brew and nitro are the same when I asked for a nitro she gave me Cold brew and said her manager told her that it was the same

Drink: The mocha latte with whole milk is smooth with a foamy top. The chocolate was not overly sweet. It was also the perfect drinking temperature for me surprisingly because coffee is usually much too hot for me.Food: The chicken salad croissant was good. The croissant was nice, light, and flaky even though it wasn't the most presentable. The chicken was tender and flavorful, but it was an unpleasant surprise to find a few unexpected pieces with chewy tendons or something. Hopefully, that was atypical.Atmosphere: There was chill jazz playing and it's a mostly cozy ambiance. There is a mix of furniture, some wooden tables, some marble, some cushioned seats, and some metal chairs. There's even a two-seat couch and two chairs in front of a real fireplace.Service: The service was friendly and my croissant was brought to my table.

I needed a coffee at 7:00 a.m. on a Sunday and I decided to walk. I arrive at the door at 7:10 and the door was locked despite two employees being in there with a customer. Odd. The manager on duty doesn't seem to be in a rush unlock the door when they're openI wait for about 10 minutes before A MASKED individual lets me in. OK. The sign outside literally just says come inside for cold brew.I ask for a cold brew they say that they don't have that. They they also told me they don't have any food.I'm not sure is going on, but now it's raining outside in my car windows are open so I just so give me any coffee please so I can at least have something and leave. Obviously the reviews about all the breakfast food great cold brew options. You would think that they would mention if they were going to make food at some point or if this is a irregular thing to happen. The coffee itself took over 10 minutes to make and it cost me $6. It's fine. So now i say thank you sir when the coffee was done. Now instead of deciding to tell me what the situation is why they have no food, locked outside or don't have any cold brew iced coffee, the masked individual, a biological male who is not wearing anything indicating otherwise decided to lecture me a lecture that she was a lady. Then I am told that I was being Dishonest for not asking before saying a polite thank you. something I shouldn't have done because I no reason to be polite for the at this point. So now I'm like what are you talking about What I didn't even say anything. Then the individual told me that seem to find it most important that I was being Dishonest.I was far too polite and then said okay whatever thank you ma'am and then I got no acknowledgment at all.I had no reason to be polite many times over the at this point.0.5/10Sorry if this was my only experience with Cafe Nero, and seeing other reviews, I have to say that the manager on duty is responsible for this garbage experience there was a very nice girl that was working and that seemed to be learning the ropes from the masked individual.

Culture friendly with an everyones welcome vibe. They sell light finger food items more on the sandwich side. They sell hot and cold non alcohol beverages.

The experience at Caffè Nero has always been a pleasant one. The coffee is great, the staff is knowledgeable about coffee, their products, and have a very friendly atmosphere amongst themselves and bring it forth to the cafe. The environment is bustling with all sorts of people; the regulars, the ones who study, and family and friends meeting to have a good time.Always a fun time whenever I go!Parking: Free if you have a Brighton/Allston sticker

I always love this place and its coffee. However, one staff stepped in while I was communicating with another about my order today (I ordered iced coffee and was given iced latte) and questioned me with a STERN face as if I was messing around. I was communicating in a polite way the whole time and was kinda shocked to be treated that way.
