Probably one of the better iced coffees I’ve ever had - and I drink a LOT of iced coffee. Really cool that you can see their roaster in this location too and awesome decor. A bit on the expensive side but the quality is there so I don’t mind spending a bit more than normal. I also love that they have dairy free options!Dietary restrictions: Vegan, gluten free, dairy free

Come here 3 days a week, love the decaf oat milk cappuccino. They even made a garlic clove for the latte art haha. Also get bagels for lunch often. Best value at their price point in the area. You can do cheaper, but they beat anything else sandwich like in the surrounding mile.Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegan options

Delicious coffee and bagels. I don’t know where you source these bagels but they’re top notch.

Staff was rude. Made me feel uncomfortable and laughed about my disability behind my back.

This is my favorite pavement location - great when it’s nice out and you can sit outside! Their bagels are a go to for me and the staff is always nice.

Went for the first time today with a friend to meet for lunch. Brought my 11mo old along. The place does not have a high chair for young children. The (young) people behind the counter even seemed confused as to what I was asking for. After I placed our lunch order I also asked for 1 slice of toast for the little one so I could give her something to munch on while I ate my lunch. The only toast they could offer me was a slice of gluten free white bread, for which they wanted to charge me $4.50 (seriously? For a slice of toast?). Or, as was suggested, I could buy a croissant....I made due with a baby snack I still had in my bag and decided to not visit this Pavement location again. They should do better. Have at least 1 high chair as almost all other places around Allston and Brighton! And have some more flexibility and consideration towards your customers.

Ordered a chai latte, gave a tip, waited 15 minutes, saw at least 20 people coming in, ordering, and getting their orders. Asked them how much longer I should wait. Got the answer 5 more minutes. Asked if I could cancel the order. Got the answer they are making it. What made them think it is okay to prioritize that 20 people’s order which came AFTER mine? Got my latte. Threw it into their trash can. During this whole time, there’s not even a slight intention of explanation from the staff. Terrible customer service.

I went here after an interview nearby. The coffee was good. I also got a whole grain everything bagel. This is the first time I have been to a coffee shop that has this option. I had it with veggie cream cheese. It was delicious. I will definitely go here again if I get that job or am in the area again.

Very expensive for a coffee shop. I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. After a $7 suggested tip I spend almost $40.The bacon on one of the sandwiches was almost like beef jerky. But this one mid morning, so I guess it is what it is. But at the $12 dollars for a bagel sandwich my expectations were underwhelmed.Order ahead of time. You can spend up to 10-15 minutes waiting on a steady day.Staff is alright.Seating can be scarce. Seems allot of people often work in the small dining room.
