The chicken used in the shawarma I got was a bit dry but still quite good. I highly recommend you get the fries here as they are excellent. They also deliver if you live within 2 miles.

Their food is good but they speak poor English and get super frustrated easily .I called for a calzone and they kept calling it a pizza. I cancelled my order to ensure I wasn’t paying for the wrong item because I certainly have from this place before . They correct things by giving a 10% discount but it happens all the time and 10% discount is something you have to remember to ask for first off secondly it ensures you come back . I’m over the discounts I just won’t return

5/5 both food and service at a good price Ordered the Laham Ajeen Sfeeha w/cheese and the Stuffed Grape Leaves through Uber Eats to pick up. Everything was prepped and ready for pickup in the estimated time window. Walked in and saw the owner was keeping the packaged Laham warm on top of the oven. Super friendly guy, and he explained they also are set up to order through text to their iPad or call to order. The Laham was awesome, super fresh pita bread with crispy crust and melty cheese goodness on top of the tasty ground beef. Grape leaves were nice and lemony.

Great food, terrible service. We've ordered from here twice - absolutely delicious food. Excellent experience the first time. The second time, however, we ordered through GrubHub. The order was taking a long time, so once it hit 30 minutes past the estimated delivery time, I called the restaurant. No answer, so I waited 5 minutes and called again. The person who answered informed me that they canceled my order because they were way too busy....ok. I told them I was not notified about any cancellation and if I would be refunded through GrubHub. He said yes, and we hung up. I opened my GrubHub app, and the restaurant had not cancelled the order. So I had to call GrubHub and request a refund, and figure out what my family was doing for dinner, about an hour and a half after we initially ordered. I understand being busy, of course...what I do not understand and will not accept is being lied to about cancelling the order. Had I not called, we would still be waiting and had I not called GrubHub, I would not be receiving a refund. We will not be ordering from Sabatino's again.
