No ice cream. All toppings. Stop calling yourself an ice cream shop. No vibes either. Staff was nice.

Great when they get it right. But unfortunately, this place has gone downhill. My last 2 orders (3 weeks apart) they completely screwed up. Wrong ice cream base, wrong toppings.Additionally, their vanilla “pudding” is not actual pudding, it is hyper frozen slush. It has the consistency and texture of an Italian ice and consequently has zero flavor.

I ordered the What the Crepe. There was just way too many toppings that all the chocolate stuck together into a big clump. Dont get me wrong, I love toppings, but that was far too much. There was no icecream! I went here to get icecream not chocolate. If you didnt have icecream left you shouldve just said so. Also, the smell inside the place was quite gross. Smelled like the floors were mopped with dirty bleach water.

The ice cream here is delicious and delightful. The people are great too! The sun sort of beats down on you if you go here at the wrong time. Also, dang do those sugary toppings make it hard to breathe and hang out there! Will come again for all our ice cream treat days but probably not hang out inside.

A fairly expensive ice cream place, but have very extravagant sundaes. They are served up pretty quickly.Sizes are very big, would recommend doing a tiny!

Bizarre experience. Asked for fro yo got ice cream. At first taste asked for a check on if this was fro yo or ice cream as it tasted exactly like coconut ice cream. Texture is off also. They did not bother checking. Was told that it was fro yo. Was also told that they just use more sugar and less dairy. What? Froyo is made with cultured milk, and ice cream with cream. It is also tangier. This tasted like coconut ice cream.Would not have cared if they didn’t start snickering and insulting.I do understand the difference between soft and hard serve by the way. Thanks for that.As I walked out heard and saw them continue making fun of me.Went back home, called and asked if it truly is fro yo. Was met with a weird answer, as they wondered themselves what French vanilla fro yo was.Was told, “do you want to start beef?”Hell of a response by the way. Good job on that one. Also was told, “it wasn’t personal.” Damn, it sure as hell does feel personal though. Was told I would be refunded. Walked back, did not receive refund. Was not offered the option. They acted as if they completely forgot we had spoken on the phone.Threw the fro yo away and told them that it’s fine.Nice threats, keep it coming. Fantastic service by the way, next time I’ll tip you. I just love getting insulted when I give you money.

A really solid ice cream spot! I've been here on a few separate occasions and the ice cream always hits the spot. Both times, I've gotten the coffee oreo ice cream which is the perfect combination of coffee and cookies and cream ice cream (two of my favorites). The shop is always very clean and the service very prompt and efficient. My favorite part though is that the serving sizes are incredibly generous - I go with the smallest size, the tiny, and it's always enough to share between two people. If there were one suggestion I would offer, it would be to increase the number of available seats as there is currently seating on the perimeter of the parlor along the windows. I've been lucky enough to snag seats during off hours but can imagine that spots can get tight when it's busy. With that being said, I'll be sure to stop here for more ice cream the next time I get a craving.

Well, as we saw this place was open while walking by, we decided to get ice cream in January...lol Had never been here before so didn't know what to expect. I'll admit the menu was a little confusing. It's below eye level on the front counter so it was a little hard to read. Plus it was written in all chalk by hand so parts were faded. I decided to get a cookie dough ice cream. Unfortunately they told me they only had cookie dough frozen yogurt, as depicted in the blue font. I missed this when looking at the menu as the word fro-yo is sideways and faded. But the nice lady ensured me it tasted like ice cream so I gave it a try. I ordered the smallest size they had, I think it's called a tiny for ~$5. The portion was a big scoop for $5 so that was pleasant. I am not a huge frozen yogurt person but it was pretty good. I wish they had cookie dough in ice cream form too as it's my favorite, but that's okay. Maybe they do during the summer, not sure. Next time I'd try one of their ice creams instead and possibly as a sundae as I later read on their website they have homemade whipped cream. Overall okay experience due to the menu confusion, but now that I've been once and know the deal, I'll be more prepared!

Came by here on a random weekday to find business slow but a few more patrons did come in after our group. I got to try a few of their options, the names escape me but they tasted pretty good! Staff were friendly and there is a lot to pick from. Establishment is relatively clean so I wouldn't mind coming again!

Lots of praise for their ownership and customer service. I won't bore you with the details, but I had an issue with an order and they were extremely responsive in not only correcting it, but making right on the situation. I was very thankful because they have the best ice cream sundaes in the Boston area. You can't go wrong with any of their signature sundaes. All the ingredients are great and top notch. My highest recommendation.
